You guys would just love this tour...plus you there are other things you can schedule on the island....just further down at the Tangalooma resort. I made another video of that on our day trip there that I uploaded straight after this one . 😁 Did you know that the original Scooby doo movie with Sarah Michelle Gellar was film in that resort on Moreton island ?
@@AquariusTraveller I think I watched the resort video after this one...also a place we would enjoy 😁I had no idea Scooby Doo was filmed there..another reason to visit for sure!
Moreton Island looks awesome! You know, sometimes guided tours can be more expensive than exploring on your own but I think it’s worth it, specially when visiting a place for the first time! Yes, we know all about taking in beautiful views! Omg, I just told Richie today that I want a clear kayak! Love the wrecks! So many fish! This really looks like a spectacular place to visit!
Your right - I like doing the tours sometimes for a quick overall highlights. It would be much better to do on your own, but taking my own 4wd over wouldn't be worth it unless we had a week. This tour is very popular and I seel a lot of them through my blog - It was because of that I wanted to try this out and see for myself :)
Thanks for the feedback and glad you liked it. This video was filmed around march, so a little warmer for the swimming activities. However if you want a comparison for the winter season, take a look at my tangaooma video as it was filmed at the start of June.
I'm not good in boats either and always taking something the night before and on the day. Ours was a really good trip on this occasion.... but other trips have not been good when the wind snd waves are up
Use this blog the check out this exact tour we took. Look out for the yellow highlight to book, see the one tour that goes to Moreton Island "From Brisbane and Gold coast" and come with transport. aquariustraveller.com/is-moreton-island-worth-visiting/
Your probably not going to like it, but most people just leave it on the beach. While I have hesitations on that, make sure you don't bring any valuables, or have someone wait with your gear. I was part of a tour and bags still got left near their trailer. This section of the beach is isolated and very busy with daily tourists.

Any question please feel free to ask :)
This tour was quite the experience! To be able to paddle, snorkel and sand toboggan all in one day without having to do any planning sounds perfect!

Amazing underwater views.
Thanks...glad you liked it. I have seen heaps of cool creatures while diving there a few ago... but this video was about the snorkelling 😁

Hello, thanks for the video! Question where do people store their stuff eg. bags, towels while they go kayaking? We are coming in October 2024.
Your probably not going to like it, but most people just leave it on the beach.

@@AquariusTraveller oh man thanks . I guess we could leave a bag with towel on the beach…
There is plenty of people that just leave it unattended on the beach...no different to swimming at a busy beach 😀
@@AquariusTraveller cool thank you
