just wanted to add kim ,i love you review style,of all the diamond painting creators i watch you seem to be the only "honist" reviewer,so many creators just rave about every image they do .where as your actually telling us what we need to know .In this respect i feel your videos are far supierior,keep up the hard work.cant wait for more.

I read somewhere that the cover sticking happens when a company applies the cover when the glue is to wet. I recently ordered several large kits from them & the edges look nothing like yours. Supposedly they recently switched to new canvasses, which is why I decided to try them. Maybe you got an older kit? I was super impressed with what I received, the rendering & symbols are really clear. I’ve gotten some crap from the few cheaper companies I’ve tried so, I was truly pleasantly surprised at the kits I got. If I had gotten what you got, I wouldn’t be to thrilled either.

A few weeks after I completed this kit, Sunature confirmed in the FB group that they were upgrading their canvass, and would now offer scalloped edges and poked holes. Myself, and others, also let them know about the blurry symbols and they acknowledged that they were aware of a printing problem at the time that I ordered. So anyway, I then decided to give them a second chance and I ordered again, this time a round drill canvass. I can't wait to get it to assess the improvements. Many people love this company and I'm hoping for a better experience the second time around. 😉

I would like to say that I would try things for myself, but that is not always true. I had purchased from a FB/website type place early on and loved the images, but was unhappy the with drill quality and the DSA (and paid a premium price) so I do now listen to reviews like yours before I make a decision to purchase. What currency did you provide when you said this image was 40($)ish? If $40 US, I think that would be outrageous for the canvas you were provided. Perhaps that would including shipping and duty charges, but for that price I would want much better quality. There are my honest thoughts 😆. Enough of that! Hi Nance. I think you misheard in the review. The canvass was about $23, plus shipping. Thank goodness I didn't pay $40 because I would have been extremely upset! As always, thanks for your comment and I do agree that it's difficult to try a company after seeing a slightly negative review. It's normal to feel wary of placing an order just to try a company for yourself. That's what I'm here for I guess. 😂. Sending hugs.
I have had lots of the same issues as you. My drills weren't even all square they were miss shaped...My plastic stuck like crazy to my canvas. My edges were cut like crap too. The glue had bubbles in spots. I contacted customer service and even with glue issues and drill issues they asked me to finish the piece before they would help me out...I had 3 very similar upside-down u symbol that sometimes i had to guess which one i had to use...But it looks ok so far so I'm not positive how it'll look all finished though. But im hopeful ill like it all done. Definitely wont buy off them anymore
Hi Chelsey. I'm so sorry to hear that you had problems as well. And your problems sound even worse than mine! And I think that's extremely poor customer service from them. Have you finished the canvass now? How did it turn out? Yeah, I also have no plans to order from them again. That said, I see that they have made some improvements, for example, the edges are now scalloped with poked holes. And I believe that they were having printing issues when I ordered, and so the symbols are supposedly clearer now. I sometimes get tempted to order a round drill painting from them to see if there really have been improvements, but I'm still thinking on that.
