The fact when someone mentions Nightmare almost everytime refering to corrupted nightmare, is an easy example to see how forgotten and omitted the original Nightmare is, not everytime, but often. Still is usual to forget that young guardian of negative feelings sustained in black apples, who for the thoughts of him from his surroundings, was eated by the apples so by the negativity conforming those, forming an entire new entity who even took *his* name....i know most of the people who probably read this already know this all, but just wanted to recall it, don't forget Nightmare

I did write a poem in dreams perspective of losing nightmare...
I wound up realising that if dream were to say anything about him, it would be through tears.

@@natalialippiatt2635 yeah, losing a twin is not an easy thing, mostly if you have to fight that one aftermath of his mistake... Joku even comfirmed the fact corrupted 'nightmare' only wears Nightmare's name because it confuses Dream.
Sad how some people still try to find a villain in an unconcluded story and end up blaming Dream for everything, when both parts suffered in different ways.
The earth isn't just one side, is a sphere, so to have just one more point of view of the same world, sometimes is like looking a different planet, a poem about Dream's perspective is still something to value, although the point of Dream crying in the process is the most realistic situation...

I know each time dream is going hard while fighting his brother , he backs down for a second when a memory of the person his brother used to be flashes through his head
Even after centuries dream still hopes for him to come back , patiently waiting and keeping the promise , that he will never forget who nightmare used to be
But , nightmare doesn’t care , he already forgot who he was before the accident
He was sad and alone, never speaking a word to his brother
They mocked him, shunned him, & called him a monster, so he became a true NIGHTMARE, losing himself amongst the darkness.
(I thought abt this while l was tryna fall asleep & immediately wanted to share it)
Love this melody of uncorrupted nightmare! Especially the facial change in the middle of the video. If I have to choose out of all skeletons, nightmare would be my favorite because of the complex feelings that’s been shown from him! My comments may not be consistent but just know I’m rooting for you!
The fact I know most the Dreamtale and the calmness of this is just a perfect mix for passive nightmare.
