  • This was a hard video for me to make, but if I could have helped anyone going through this I am happy. Be kind to yourself, it is okay to feel sad, but realize that you can't sit in your own misery like that. The only person who will feel sorry for you is yourself.
    Take all the precautions to make your health your number one safety, and if anyone would like to talk I would be more than happy to do so.

    I watched this full video. Education never brought out my issues. I was triggered more by work & call centers. That is when I started having panic attacks & depression. Anyways stay brave! :)
