You could also add a pivot point where it joins the ski, and have another knee shaped rod connecting to the front of the ski, and the top part of the arm. Kind of like a landing gear strut, but you'll have up and down deflection to keep the ski neutral on the water.. I think Dr. Jet is on to something! 💡👍
