I have one on a Winchester 270 Supergrade . This will be my first year Hunting with this Setup.
Ready to put mine to use in a couple months. Have it mounted on my father’s old Remington 742 in 30-06 he handed down to me.

What scope rings did you use to mount it? I have the same set-up. Got my 742 from my grandpa when I was 14.
Just bought this one, still waiting for my base from OP to arrive. Then I’ll get hot on mounting it… can’t wait to try the Dead hold reticle.
Awesome! Mine is treating me well so far
I am yet to find any use for a reticle with hash marks. Busy reticles take a way from my concentration. Fine Duplex is my favorite reticle for up to 200 yards.
I’d like to see the groups you can get out of that rifle scope combo. If you can find some federal gold match 168’s I usually get really good results with that stuff.
I recently sighted in with nosler 175 grain match tips and all of the shots were touching at 100 yards, it’s a sweet shooter for sure.

Would this scope be a good choice for a Remington 700SPS .308?
I did like the viper but to be honest the crossfire 2 has been my all time favorite vortex scope.
What rings and rail did you use for mount it to the 700 sps
I can’t remember the rail I just got one that had a good price but the rings were actually a DNZ game predator tube setup
Does the HS model with the capped turrets still have a 0 stop?
I haven’t used that particular feature but the manual says it does have it
