Nice advice Bob. What would you sell a 50 yo 6'3" 115kg lapsed intermediate whose 9' footers (one 3.5" thick) dont get me in soon enough to make it down the line. Is it time for a 10' board...

What's the right dimensions for a classic longboard for mushy waves for a surfer 170 cm and 65 kg? Thanks

If you are a novice, 9' to 9'6 & 22.5 to 23" width should work.
If you have good paddling and positioning in the water, 8'6 length & 22" width will give you much more responsiveness and fun

Was famous for introducing the short board when he was competing. Now he makes better money and has a reputation for shaping long boards. Wierd
