I do my charting esp the Subjective while visiting with the patient, that way you don't repeat the writing. I try to get the Objective in before the next patient, and I propagate the Assessment as well. When I am deciding the treatment I scoot down to the T and fill it out right away (during the Subjective interview). That way at the end of the day, before I sign it, I simply review and fill out what is missing....MUCH MORE EFFICIENT
Hi Ashish Kumar! Thanks for your question! I am not entirely sure how to answer it though >< Usually people finish ND school and just start seeing patients as a ND. I do know other people who go back to school to get a masters and phD in a specific area of healthcare while they are in practice. For example, I have a friend who went back to school to get a masters and phD in Aging and Health at Queen's University. There are of course continuing education credits we need to get to maintain our ND registration, and these are courses that are provided by naturopathic associations in Canada and the US. Hope that answers your question! :)
@@sarah-wellnessgreatness Thankyou for your reply. I am planning to pursue one of these: 1.PG diploma in Emergency and critical care 2.PG diploma in clinical cosmetology 3. Msc in medical microbiology
