Hi, sorry for the late response. Hope you have sorted it out but just in case, to add a form to a page, simply go to Ultimate member - Forms - Copy the shortcode of the form you want and paste in the page and save. It should then be displayed on that page
to be honest, the user page of UM is really ugly, is there better options? I mean another plugin, which can make a user/account page with better looking

Great plugin, been using it on my website. I am using the plugin for my wine club members or for customers to become a wine club member, this is separate to WooCommerce customers. When a customer purchases a product he/she will automatically be added to the WooCommerce customer section after completing the billing and shipping form and proceeding to checkout. How would I create discounts only for Wine Club members that signed up via the ultimate member form?

HI, you will have to create user roles for teachers and students. Then create different forms for teachers and students. Finally assign roles to forms. This way the two are separate

Never mind, I just found that I had to put a shortcut on the account page: [ultimatemember_account] I don't know, but it wasn't put automatically when setting up the account page. now I'm seeing the change password link. By the way, I had to do the same for the password reset page. I had to put the shortcut: [ultimatemember_password]

Sorry for the late response hope you have sorted it out. In case you haven't, you may need to manually add the shortcode to the pages ie for reset password, you can simply add [ultimatemember_password] to the page

Hello, I hope you are still available to help with this tutorial's questions. Which has been a lifesaver for me, I was honestly lost otherwise. Regarding the link between the User Roll and the Registration Rorm: I set my form to "Require Admin Review" but once the person clicks register, they are instantly approved and gain access to the site. I receive an email confirming their registration but not to approve or reject it. My site is private so i need to review the forms before the person can gain access to the site. Can you please help rectify this? Perhaps I missed a step as I was creating these features. Please advise if you please.
You must have left something else it's working fine and you will get the approval notification, if issue is still there feel free to contact for free help.
The login page should automatically be set up. If not, create a page and add the login shortcode. You can find the shortcode by going the UM dashboard - Forms - Default Login
Next time you do a HOW TO video please add in ALL the steps. Normal people cant use this video because at the end our WP site will still be a mess and not work.

I'm facing the same issue. I think this may be because of the "Privacy" option of each field, see: 10:36 of this video. Did you change it? Right now, I don't have any way of testing this on my setup, but I will let you know if I could solve it.

You won't see the information if you have not completed the profile information. ie click edit profile and then enter details. Although this might be of a painstaking effort if you have uploaded users via csv

You immediately ask us to SUBSCRIBE, but in the first 30 seconds I can tell that you have not EDITED your video to (a) eliminate "ums" and "ahs" and other hesitations; (b) done anything at all to improve the sound quality of your narration (very faint, bad room echo), and you have not prepared very well for what you are saying because you have no script but are speaking off-the-cuff (extemporaneously). Therefore, even if you have excellent information in this video, it will be very difficult to take in. If you can improve these things in your future videos, I believe you will get many more subscribers. People just don't want to hear you stumbling around trying to say something, regardless of how good your information is. I hope this helps you in the future.
Not sure why anyone would think this is a great tutorial, it is exactly the opposite and I literally learned nothing from this! For future reference, I would strongly suggest you research your topic and practice for weeks until you have a clear understanding of the program you are tutoring on. Great examples of this are WPtuts and Ferdykorp, now these are tutorials.

Not sure there is a feature for that but you can assign the same password to that group of users individually through Wordpress dashboard - Users

Create few dummy profiles, add few fields to the profile forms and then sign in, edit and view as a user. See if that works

You should be able to display your members without the need to log in. Check you don't have any plugin disabling the display of your members.

Yes it does. Add a country and then use conditional logic to add region and city as shown in this video 16:18

Check that you have selected the right search filter otherwise it won't show in the member's directory

I'm facing the same issue. I think this may be because of the "Privacy" option of each field, see: 10:36 of this video. Did you change it? Right now, I don't have any way of testing this on my setup, but I will let you know if I could solve it.

hello, nice video i use this plugin and my problem is that when a user is register or when i upload via csv in the user section on wordpress i cant see these information...what i want is a database or something as an admin to see for example name,job,email.. can you help me? thank you!
You won't see the information if you have not completed the profile information. ie click edit profile and then enter details. Although this might be of a painstaking effort if you have uploaded users via csv

Yes there's an option in UM->General->Account Tab-> Delete Account Tab

You immediately ask us to SUBSCRIBE, but in the first 30 seconds I can tell that you have not EDITED your video to (a) eliminate "ums" and "ahs" and other hesitations; (b) done anything at all to improve the sound quality of your narration (very faint, bad room echo), and you have not prepared very well for what you are saying because you have no script but are speaking off-the-cuff (extemporaneously). Therefore, even if you have excellent information in this video, it will be very difficult to take in. If you can improve these things in your future videos, I believe you will get many more subscribers. People just don't want to hear you stumbling around trying to say something, regardless of how good your information is. I hope this helps you in the future.

Not sure why anyone would think this is a great tutorial, it is exactly the opposite and I literally learned nothing from this! For future reference, I would strongly suggest you research your topic and practice for weeks until you have a clear understanding of the program you are tutoring on. Great examples of this are WPtuts and Ferdykorp, now these are tutorials.
Just because you are unable to learn anything doesn't mean other won't. You don't find it useful, you can move on mate...
