That's one badass ride right there , Don't know what motors in it but a little mondello 455 magic under the bonnet would be nice ,also fatter tyres on the back and lower that bad dog in the rear , to me toughest muscle car of all time !!
Nice love to see the old muscle cars being restored and driven. Personally I would have went with 3.55 ratio as Olds used that gear set in many of their cars. What power plant are you running? 400 or 455? Are you using a modern auto with over drive or a TH400?
Thanks my Cutlass came factory with a 12 bolt O-type rear diff which is completely different than a 12 bolt Chevy you can only choose between a 3:42 posi or a 3:90 posi ring and pinion I was wanting to run a 3:55 but soon I realized what I had and found out how different these diffs are compared to the Chevy diff. Olds may have used the 3:55 but it was probably in the 10 bolt configuration. My Cutlass came factory with a 350 and a th400 it is merely a 442 clone.
really sharp
Okay you convinced me to subscribe to a Olds site, a life long Pontiac purist like me!
I had one of these in the early 80’s. Lord how I miss that car! IN my opinion one of sexiest muscle cars ever. Mine was Champagne Gold
The cutlass is my dream car
Should put a hot cam in it!

Olds never offered a 3.55 gear ratio in those cars. 3.42 would be close.
I think the wheel well chrome would look better in the car especially with the deep black
