Below are the steps:
1. In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon in the main navigation bar.
2. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Objects and click Tickets.
3. Click the Pipelines tab.
4. Click the Select a pipeline dropdown menu, then select Create pipeline.
5. In the dialog box, enter a Pipeline name and click Create.
6. To edit ticket pipelines.
7. Select a pipeline dropdown menu,
8. On the right, click the Actions dropdown menu and customize your ticket pipeline accordingly.
9. To Customize ticket statuses and ticket status properties.
10. Click the Pipelines tab.
11. Click the Select a pipeline dropdown menu, then select a pipeline to edit.
12. To add a new ticket status.
13. Under the existing ticket statuses, click Add another status.
14. Enter a ticket status name, then click the dropdown menu in the Open or closed column and select if the ticket status should set a ticket as Open or Closed.
15. You can reorder or delete your ticket status.
16. Once you've finished editing your statuses, in the bottom left, click Save.
