So, there you have it. Three ways to make HubSpot tickets like a pro! But that's just the tip of the iceberg for Service Hub. What other tools should we be taking on in our next how-to?
Hi and thank you for the great video! Although, I miss one detail - is HubSpot Ticketing system allowing to create of customer support form to which .xls, .csv, .pdf or.jpeg files can be attached?
Thank you for this video. I tried to assign a channel to an existing inbox or create a new inbox and I was not given the choice to "Treat incoming conversations as support tickets" I have Marketing hub enterprise and Service hub enterprise.
Hmm that’s a little strange, could I ask you reach out to HubSpot support using the live chat function, they will be able to jump into your account and give advise. If you get stuck send us an email and we’d be happy to help out free of charge! Weare@nbh.co

We just uploaded a video on service hub for our HubSpot user group. We go through step by step on how to do this in point 2 I believe. Check it out and it will show you. Any issues sing out! Trav NBH
Hi there! Thanks for your comment. There are two pathways here - first you could look on the HubSpot marketplace to see if there is a preexisting API connection you can take advantage. Otherwise, HubSpot has their API documentation for tickets outlined here: legacydocs.hubspot.com/docs/methods/tickets/tickets-overview Hope this helps!

Yes you can, just ensure you place a FILE type property in the form, once you have that you can upload any file - I believe max size is 100mb
