I planted a rose in a very,very big pot but forgot that terracotta dried out so fast. Have you got any ideas of how I can waterproof it please. Thank you

You can paint the pot with some sort of sealant, even several layers. This way evaporation won't be so strong. There are matte colorless ones, this way you will still have that beautiful terracotta color....
