- Usually rice dosa batter is made with fermenting crushed rice for a day, which is a long process and you need to wait for a day to finally make dosa out of that batter.
Today, I made DOSA BATTER (DHOSA NU KHIRU) with my own method within half an hour and I made original rice dosa with crispy and crunchy texture within an hour.
This is my own recipe of making rice batter for original dosa and whenever I decide to make rice dosa, I prepare this dosa batter at home, that too within half an hour.
You wouldn't believe it, but it is tried and tested method for making perfect rice dosa batter within half an hour. I would specifically like to assure you that, by this method, dosa batter is made perfect and anyone can make crispy, crunchy original rice dosa within an hour.
