They aren't payed enough to care most the time. If clearly not doing anything bad/risking the security of the place and are polite/comply when asked they will very rarely actually be mad.
Can we just appreciate that in one week he literally flies an ironman jet pack, buys his mom a car for her birthday, and races up a 30 story building? Amazing.
When you think about it, one of the most impresive things here might just be that unlike a lot of challenge videos, this is 100% real. Not just that but it also has the actual stunt double himself, that is so awesome

@@nanglengnoi8548 Another good example would be how Bobby Duke Arts and Ten Hundred had to make a big complicated mural on a mechanized clock thing and were given like a week but because of some setbacks with the big clock thing and them needing to do some very important family events (Bobby's daughter's graduation and Ten Hundred's daughter's first birthday) they had to get it done in 3 days so yah I'd say the Mr Beast crew needs to work on thoughtful time management that takes the other people into account so they can have enough time to get everything ready without needing to rush.

This is like the third time I've watched a video about an engineer rushing things to meet a crazy Mr Beast deadline. If Mr Beast doesn't start giving critical people enough time eventually one of these videos will result in a dangerous accident. It's this kind of pressure why people die during construction of Olympic related buildings.
How cool would it be if we got a bunch of creators together like Hacksmith, Colin Furze, JLaservideo, and whoever else to make a fully functioning Spider-Man suit that can do all of the things.

As a suggestion, I think you could install some form of internally circulating cooling system for the motors and the suit also maybe based on how much weight the suction pads can hold on each unit and it's size, reduce the overall number of pads therefore making it more compact as well as dynamic such that this reduction could possibly take some load off the motor.
