The upgraded tokens are awesome. Especially on the playmat, they look fantastic. Ashes Reborn is great provided that you can get players to the table - I think the Red Rains will bring new players to the game with the co-op mode. Could be huge. :)

Are you taking about Skytear or Horde or both? I’ve found that I enjoy Horde a lot more than I have Skytear.

@@hpgamingau I was talking about Skytear Horde.
I have played all the variations of allies against all variations on monsters and just cannot see what all the fuss is about. I find it boring and just can't see any playability at all in the game play. It will just sit on my shelf now.
I thought this looked like a game I might enjoy but wish I'd have saved my money because it's certainly not anywhere near worth it.

Sorry to hear that, N Doc. I have heard similar reports about Horde. It seems that it's been a rather polarising reception. Either it's great and people enjoy it, or it's boring. I'm yet to speak with anyone who finds it in the middle somewhere. Maybe that'll be me after more playthroughs, but at the moment I have enjoyed it so far. I can see that some of the factions play kinda 'same-y' too, which doesn't help. But I'm also like a goldfish - short attention spans, so many games to go over, so maybe I'll blink and it'll be one of those I forget. Time will tell.

@@drorios8864 Like I said, I'm enjoying it myself. I do think the expansion cards add a bit to the game though. Extra factions can mix it up a bit.
