CORRECTIONS:
48:29 - The Lady of the Lake should have attacked the castle for 2 damage because there was no Ally there to fight against.
Regardless of the different conclusion this should have brought to the game, this was a great video tutorial. You covered the gameplay very well. Kudos.
Would a monster in lane 2 be boosted by a treachery card with a symbol on the left? Would it be considered leftmost?
Leading up to this mistake I noticed that you preferred doing your own actions before resolving the horde, kind of skimping over. This being a tutorial, make sure that you put teaching gameplay before your desire to win.
so eventhough you defeated the boss, you would have lost then? (21 damage total instead of 19)

Thanks for the thorough playthrough and tutorial! This one looks great for a solo MTG-like experience, without having to buy tons of card packs for content. I am really appreciating games like this (and Sentinels DE) that provide so many decks in the base game

The explanation of playing is great, and the game seems fun! I do agree that the manual sucks with explaining the initial setup. The manual completely skips the part that you can just use one of the premade decks based on their color and goes directly to how you can build your own.

At 32:00 your shamans should have engaged a minion to make sure the outsider doesn't get the treachery buff. The shaman sacrifice would be worth to make sure your 5/5 ally survives. Next round buffing them with the spell would be enough to clear outsider stage 2.

This was interesting. It feels like it borrowed a bit from M:tG, but what game hasn't by this point? It is very similar in some ways though and I wonder if its possible to play a variant of this using Magic cards.
Question : At 48:25 , Would Lady of the Lake supposed to do its normal attack in her own column after Clan of Maple use their fight ability to strike right of them or the fight ability by-passes the «normal» fight ? Dont know if im being clear. In another word, Could someone use Clan of the Meeple to fight two monsters if you use Clan of the Meeple fight ability to strike a monster the the right that would not kill them.
Thx for the tutorial ! Seems like a really nice game, I'm really tempt to get the game, the only thing getting me from buying it is that the price seems abnormally steep for some reason.
You are right, I missed that attack that should have gone through, doing 2 more damage to the castle. I've added a correction, thanks for pointing it out!
48:27 at this moment wouldn't the Lady of the Lake been unopposed and done 2 damage to the castle? What am I missing?

Just curious but the effect that pulled the minions on to the back line, since two of them couldn’t be placed, you didn’t place them, so why didn’t they go into the outsider pile instead?
After the Clan of the Maple did their fight effect, shouldn’t the Lady of the Lake have attacked, doing 2 damage to the castle and causing you to lose?
I was thinking the same thing. Either way, win or lose, it was a close game.

I see and understand that this is a good tutorial. unfortunately, I don't see an automatic translation into my native language.
really frustrating trying to find videos that teach games that then use expansions, other components, etc.
yall....yall should have showed how to set up the game.. instead of skipping that part. their rulebook is fucking horrible and sucks completely.. it would have been great if you showed the set up as well like i almost feel like the game is unplayable with the current rulebook. half the cards have the same back but like have the tiniest difference in them.. so you cant tell what is what.. damn... there are like 2-3 of that white dexk... wo which to use.. idk... maybe if you can make another game.. to go step by step on all this.. you just plowed through the entire thing like we will know what to do... also... you even said.. the playmat doesnt come in the game.. or those deluxe pieces... you should have used the game as is so people could know how to play it as is... this whole thing now is meaningless... and useless to help those with problems playing the game and them refusing to take accountability or deal refunds
