This is a very heartbreaking episode. It broke my heart when Nueng was pouring his heart out while Palm was asleep. I could feel the heaviness and pain in his heart by his superb acting. It was so good that nobody would ever think that he was only acting.

Two minutes in, and I'm crying. They did a phenomenal job. I'm so extremely proud of them! You could feel Palm's loss, and feel Neung's pain from watching the man he loves be in pain. They have come so far, and this is an absolute work of art!!!

I want to appreciate Jojo as a director and how he created this moment so beautifully 0:14, even the OST added so much to the scene. Palm was drinking and remembering his mother, remembering a time he felt happy because he could finally have her in his life. Nueng knows he’s grieving, so he’s there giving the comfort Palm is needing. Palm wants to feel something more than pain, so he’s hoping Nueng’s touch, feeling it on his skin 0:27 would somehow erase the pain and ease his aching heart. The touch is not enough 0:42, he wants to feel more 0:54 and Nueng knows it, so he comforts him more 1:01, even touches him so softly 1:09, but when it’s still not enough and Palm really wants to feel more of Nueng and less of the pain, he kisses Nueng 1:16 and you just know this kiss is not lust-ridden or that they want to desperately feel each other and you can see it here 1:42 with the way Nueng is still comforting him, ending the comfort in a hug 1:49. The kiss was focused more on Palm and I think this is the first kiss that has been focused on him, and he really needed it. Palm wants to feel something rather than pain, and Nueng wants to leave a last good memory, because he decided to leave, but not in a way that hurt Palm, because the last thing he wants is to hurt him even more, that’s why he wrote him a letter saying goodbye and thanking him. Jojo is a great director and I love to see PondPhuwin improving even more with this guide 💕
When Palm stretch his hand to Nueng and they started dancing, you can really see how miserable he was although he didn't want to show it to Nueng. and Nueng understood him, the conversation between them was really good and hurtful at the same time. That letter made me cry so much😭. The director of this series is a good one he is the same director who directed "dirty laundry, the Warp effects and also he wrote moonlight chicken.

Jojo is also the one who will be directing Only Friends and it blew our minds with only the trailer, so imagine the actual series and as a director/screenwriter he’s so bold and my favorite. I also love P’Aof and I love how he tells stories and directs them, so I can’t wait for Moonlight Chicken, since he’s the director. Those two just know how to create masterpieces. They give so much to GMMTV. They deserve a raise ^^

"I'm sorry I wasn't a good mother" that's hits hard and the moment you, get to be with her she ends up dying😞. the way Palm isn't even blaming Nueng really impressed me infact he begged him not to leave him.
Nuengdiao, kissing Palm and hugging, caressing him on his back, and wiping his tears, patting his head, that was really touching. Palm and Nueng made me shed tears that conversation, was really bitter sweet, and the letter that he wrote for him thinking that Palm's life will be better without him it pure torture.
Nueng, leaving the bracelet that Palm gave him, and deciding to go home so that he won't see Palm in danger, without knowing what awaits him that was a brave, move he didn't became selfish, he sacrificed his Love 😭.
👉Btw pond wasn't feeling well during the shooting, of this scene he had to go to the hospital, then he came back for the shooting and he nailed it, I'm proud of them.
I think Nueng didn't sacrifice his love but Palm and leaving the bracelet behind means he isn't and wasn't the 2 half you're looking for, that's not love and never was love, what he did to Palm is unforgivable man can find other solutions together , and then to write , about a rich boy who hardly has any friends , no one needs a nueng like that , I am sad , disappointed , love holds together what makes nuen , was and has never been love ,

Nueng left because he doesn't want to see Palm getting hurt and he is seeing what Palm is going through and he knows it's because he's protecting him. and also he blames himself for what is happening in Palm's life his dad being in jail his Mom dying 😞 so Nueng feels guilty and that's why he chose to leave, thinking when he does Palm would've a better life without him. That is not being selfish that is sacrificing his Love he wants to see him happy even without him.

Now I find him deserving of having someone like Palm in his life with just what he did at the end. It was hurting him so much, but he put Palm’s safety first. He knows Palm deserves better.
The kissing scene was one of the saddest I have watched on screen. Nueng's farewell actions and letter only add more pain to their wound. Amazing actors! Thank you, Pond/Phuwin!
This episode was really heartbreaking, got me crying every minute. Nueng and palm talking about their feelings. PondPhuwin delivered the emotions so well. This series is truly a masterpiece.
Nueng imagined Palm’s peaceful and happy life if Palm didn’t meet him, while Palm just simply said that he could do all that things with Nueng. This is their different side, but that’s what makes them be each other’s half of orange.

It's not labelled as BL but there's a gay couple in the story and apart from that it's such an amazing series that talks about so many current topics that young people deal with. It's really really good and if you look in the comments everyone who watches it says that it's one of the best GMMTV series

Jojo has made a great series. As Kafka said, literature is an axe that breaks the frozen sea inside us, and Jojo has wielded that axe in this episode. Some have criticized the use of "Noel" near the end -- but that hymn contains the words "born is the king". Nuengdiao the prince has been reborn as a king.

Cried my eyes out this episode! such an emotional roller coaster and I can't praise Pond and Phuwin's acting abilities enough! They really brought the emotions to life, the passion, love, unconditionally being there for each other and their fire was so palpable in this series. The eyes, the body movements and how natural they are with each other. So much to praise. JoJo as director did a phenomenal job, the colouring, music, cinematography is beautiful and so moving. Phuwin's monologue was brilliantly delivered and the scene at the beach when they fought and Palm begged Nueng to stay. OMG, the heart...it was breaking. But that was the BL scene of the year! So incredible. I love this series so much. PondPhuwin really are the IT couple at GMM, so talented and young.

The pain I felt for both neung and palm while phuwin was giving his monologue🥲I have nothing but never-ending praise and respect for pond & phuwin, and their acting. Them and the rest of the cast as well of course but the way these two manage to make my heart feel just as crushed as their characters are feeling is kind of insane. They have such a bright future ahead :(
What a performance from Phuwin while delivering that monologue. He was such a storyteller there 3:24, telling Palm about the things he could have/be if only he was not part of his life, and you can see the emotions from his character, and how imagining Palm having a happy life with a family would hurt him nonetheless and I love how Palm was like in a trance, but telling him that he wants him in his life not the life Nueng was imagining for him 3:35. This acting from Phuwin 3:46 is astounding, and you can tell he has been acting since he was a kid, he’s a natural. The way he knew Palm was going to sleep without waking up for some hours and the pain he’s showing because he is about to leave him. Even here 4:06, Nueng knew Palm was already asleep, but he wanted to express how much he meant to him, and how leaving him was such a hard decision because he really loves him. Phuwin made this scene his own, he delivered really well his lines with the right emotions that he conveyed in the way we could feel it though the screen. He’s really gifted ^^
you're rational, respect, I'm emotional now, to hell with Nueng lines, then leaving the bracelet behind, which symbolizes the 2nd half, means he never wants to be with Palme again, then the saying, it's from a rich man Boys without friends fie, for me an ice-cold, calculating rich boy who really didn't deserve Palm,, I wouldn't wish such a nueng on anyone
@@gabrielemuller2293 I think you need to understand the words versus the actions. Nueng is feeling guilty and he wants to protect Palm, that’s why he’s leaving him. Sometimes you don’t have to say “I love you” to prove how much you love someone and he even told Palm he loved him. Actions speak louder than words and Nueng doesn’t want to hurt Palm even more, so he left the letter even ordering him to follow his orders, since he knows Palm is stubborn and would go after him. Sometimes the series gives you clues of things and they don’t have to show that much for one to understand what’s happening. I knew he was leaving Palm even before the series showed his plan.

Oh my god, this was just 🤌 We saw Neung comforting Palm, Neung dealing with his Uncle Kit, Neung with his mother, being vulnerable and Neung remembering Palm. So many emotions in the span of 15 minutes it's crazy.
Pond is so good on this episode.. he's acting level up. We saw how much they gave effort to give justice to their character. I'm excited how Nueng will fight alone on the next episode..
I'm shocked! he made me cry 2 times in this episode.

This series has a really well-written story with good dialogue, and everyone in the cast is doing an excellent job at acting. Pond and Phuwin, especially, are bringing their best talents to the series. I'm so impressed with their growth as actors since Fish Upon the Sky. They are handsome guys, but my attention is really on their acting. It's good. I haven't been a shipper for them, but I like them together in this series. They can concentrate on who their characters are and make them live believably on the screen. Phuwin has obviously focused a lot on his education. His abilities in various languages is great to see. Pond also works so hard to develop himself. This series will probably give both of them many other acting opportunities in the future. Even though this story is dramatic, action packed, and emotional, it's still easy to watch the series. The actress playing Mam, Palm's mom, created such a real character, great, great work. Her vision of herself as an independent woman who made a decision to leave her family, but still, years later, understands her son and is there for him when he really needs her-- well, we don't see women characters like this in Thai bl very often, so well defined and given feisty attitude, a sense of humor, warmth, and talents of her own, like the tattoo artistry. She took off and left her family on her own and created that guest house. She lived her life as she wanted to even though she had debts and male thugs to face. As a woman viewer, I really like her. I like the actress so much. This is the series directed by Khun Jojo that I like the best. And I'm positive in my reaction to Pond and Phuwin as actors, but I'm not a fan clubber of them. I mean my comments aren't because I've fallen down the fandom rabbit hole for this คู่จิ้น. I've only ever fallen into the EarthMix rabbit hole of fandom. (Save my soul). My comments are because this is high quality work. Perth and Chimon are good, too. The older adult cast is well chosen and doing a great job. Bravo! 100%🥰
I'm Peraya, and I totally get you. PondPhuwin's friendship and trust in each other really make for an awesome screen time. I don't ship them either. But they portray their characters so well

I mean normally anyone would get pissed off at a mother character who abandoned her son, but when you see her story and everything, it makes sense and it's actually good to see such independent women. She mentions she was being selfish and owns it, but she clears how she does love him but she loves herself too. I think that was so amazing- being unabashedly yourself, following your dreams, be truthful to yourself and others. I see that Pond Phuwin do have chemistry, but I'm not a shipper either. Also, yes they are amazing actors, no doubts, especially Phuwin. I am more of an admirer of Ohm - Nanon's chemistry onscreen. I love Bad Buddy too much. I can't get over it. I don't ship them in real life (because I don't do that for anyone at all), but I do believe they are soulmates in friendship.
Im so glad that people also see what I see in Palm's mother, the character is so well written and the actress is doing a phenomenal job ♥ she brings out the depth of her story very well and her emotions are greatly portrayed, especially loved the little advice she gave her son every now and then and its refreshing that she directly asks things and is cool about many other things ^^ hope to see this actress more often now in gmmtv's bl dramas

Nuengdiao is such a sweetheart, I feel so bad right now, I cried when Nueng said "From me, a rich boy who doesn't have many friend" in his letter... this is SO SAD. If were here, I'd hug him and tell him that he doesn't have to feel guilty nor ashamed, he's such a strong & caring boy... I hate that people around him make him lose his self-esteem.

This series is a master piece. The dance scene with the passionate kiss is something we could only see on the wide screen but lucky us we are able to witness it here in a BL series. The way Pond kisses Phuwin is so passionate that I for a moment thought he is really madly in love with him in real life. Kudos to the main leads’ acting skills. How i wish i could find someone like Palm in my life.
The atmosphere, the selection of the background song and the acting of the two actors really made my tears flow. I couldn't control my emotions while watching this part😭🔫

What can I say, Pond and Phuwin are exceptional actors. Pond showed his pain just through his eyes and Phuwin's expressions when he decided to leave Palm and return are so on point. GMMTV has brought 3 of their best series in January itself. Can't wait to see what they have in store for us this whole year.

Pond and Phuwin handled the challenging emotions in this episode brilliantly. And let's not forget the two moms, Organ and Panadda's awesome acting skills in delivering the deep love, emotions while being tough as mothers of their kids in those heavy moments. Bravo!

This was done so incredibly beautifully. The acting, the feelings, the sequence of events, all of it fits so well. Probably hands down the best bl drama I’ve ever watched, personally. (Which I’ve seen a couple) Pond and Phuwin embodied these characters to an extent that I was not expecting at all, and was as presently surprised as I would want to be. ❤
The editing and ordering of scenes, the flashbacks, the sound track. I'm starting to think this series is the master piece of Jojo's directing career.

I never watched fish upon the sky and didn't know Pond and Phuwin that well before watching the teaser for Never Let Me Go a year ago, I watched it without feeling much emotion. Even when I was watching the first EP of NLMG, I wasn't that invested but look at me now, I'm so emotionally attached to these two characters, Palm and Nuengdiao. The way I effortlessly feel their pain through a phone screen is INSANE. The actors are so well-picked for every single role in this series. When Palm's mom was shot, I Iegit felt an ache in my heart. Palm is usually such a cool and calm person but when he lost it, Nueng felt the need to let him go. Imagine being in Nueng's shoes, it's heartbreaking! Seeing the one you love slowly losing everything that they cherish just because you're with him. Their relationship is also very well developed over time. The way Palm immediately realized that Nueng said all those hurtful things to him in order to push him away just because Nueng was blaming himself for all of Palm's loss and held him back by back hugging him! Nueng won over my heart by staying when Palm insisted and left when he felt was right. He has had enough of seeing his loved ones in pain. Pond and Phuwin are genuinely phenomenal actors! Their pairing is great. I just can't wait to watch the next EP and be proud of Nueng being so strong and fearless standing and fighting alone for the ones he loves the most, his mom and of course Palm ❤
Palm is grieving and I’m glad they are showing his grief like this, with Nueng comforting him. It was very telling that Nueng would leave Palm, he showed it in the way he was talking. He is feeling guilty. His life is upside down right now and seeing Palm losing his mom was something that triggered something within him. And this time it’s not Palm protecting him, this time Nueng is being selfless and protecting Palm. I’m glad Nueng is showing that he can take care of himself and now he will show everyone that he’s a force to be reckoned with, it’s just that Nueng can’t be naive and think Palm would just accept his decision without fighting. Palm decided to have Nueng in his life forever so now we will see them being more determined 👏 I can’t wait for their reunion ^^
