The guy who hacked my account changed the phone number and the mail so when i put my mail/phone number on it it say that "there are no accounts that matches this account" so i put my username and it showed me my account but it says "this is the old password and it was changed 2 months ago you have to reset your password to log in" when i pressed continue it showed me two Emails that are not even mine by saying "a code has been sent to this mail" but that mail is not mine. The guy who hacked my account changed the phone number and the mail so when i put my mail/phone number on it it say that "there are no accounts that matches this account" so i put my username and it showed me my account but it says "this is the old password and it was changed 2 months ago you have to reset your password to log in" when i pressed continue it showed me two Emails that are not even mine by saying "a code has been sent to this mail" but that mail is not mine. What do i do if I no longer have access to email and phone number associated to the hacked account because the hackers deliberately changed them?
and in the recovery window, the "no longer have access to these" is not an option - it does not appear in the popup window? Please help

My account was hacked few days ago and I tried to regain access but the hacked changed my email and phone. This video wasn’t helpful. Big thankfully to their name is spelt as *octagon fix* & I’m worried to looked their website name online.❤

Unfortunately this did not work for me. My list does not give me the option: My name is not on the list. This is a dead end for me. Any other ideas to force the option to get out of the list.
