If it had been ordered to be retaken, there's the chance the striker would have hit it wide. Even if they'd scored, they would only have drawn the game. It's not the fact R&R helped get them back up and promoted that makes me smile, it's the way they went about it, that's what makes it so special for me.
Their passion really showed this season and I think some where still skeptical but seeing them attend big games , go on many interviews about the club, trying to constantly promote the club and making a show about the club really goes to show that they do care about this clubs legacy and exposure . I could see Wrexham being in the prem In probably 10 years.

Being a guy from California that's been a fan of Football since only 2015/16 or so it's been so fun to watch this Wrexham journey and at the same time learning more about people in the UK and Europe in general. I've come to realize without a doubt there are so many misconceptions about almost every culture and sport alike. I know it sounds obvious but we're all much more alike than you would think. I am a Chelsea fan because I figured I had to pick a Premier League team but I've watched Rob McElhenny's show 'Always Sunny' for almost half my life so you bet your ass I feel obligated to root for his team. Just secured league 1 play offs and the lads went to end of season awards and then came into the town centre into the bars and everyone was just buzzing to see them and celebrate with them. I can't imagine the Cleveland Guardians walking around downtown Cleveland after winning a world series and going into bars loaded with celebrating fans. This story is just so cool. I realize that PL is different, the culture of English football below the PL is so cool.
That's the beauty of it, mate. Local people are going to see their local team a couple of miles away. You got the big names like liverpool and Man utd, but teams like Wrexham or Shrewsbury have more togetherness, but as you go up, money intervenes with the players and clubs get greedy by charging extortionate prices.

Not all championship players think their too big time. Sheffield United have been promoted to Prem twice in 4 years and both times all the team have gone out with all fans in pubs around ground. Wednesday night all first team were in a nightclub in Sheffield still in Training gear with all fans.
