You need a twitch chat interaction where you bring your friends and their twitch chats; but your friends are the symbolic head leading their own twitch chats in decisions, each leading a different faction
Idk just an idea I’ve had since I’ve been seeking this game go around. Also if the game becomes too difficult when outnumbered, then I’d suggest having a dedicated “in” on each faction as to work like loyalists to the current crown. Balance the scales and all
that sounds awesome

I love this idea
I’ve been thinking of something to this but it’s factions with leaders either instead of the regions or still with regions for the sake of keeping it together. Twitch chat can be too prone to go against their best interests depending on the streamer (cough, Vinny) and it’s probably closer to accuracy while still being as simple.
That and the game usually seems to treat regions more like factions anyway, which is a bit off when the game doesn’t treat regions like factions and results in the council having evenly supported votes that don’t have much rhyme or reason. It wouldn’t be too railroading so long as nobles can be independent of factions while still subject to the region modifiers yet not receiving any additional benefits of being in the club (I guess… pool money together? Maybe they don’t have claimants to scheme on the throne?). That way they’re never forced into bloc voting but have plenty of reasonable pressures being that -they live in a society- can’t escape the consequences and could be deadweight loss-if they can’t stand on their own two feet.

Interesting playthrough of King of the Castle. I believe the first time I played King of the Castle with friends I got the title of "the Generous" then "the Kind". 🙂 The title "the Absolutist" is interesting though. Good playthrough.
