Great podcast 👏, such a sad story ,poor Trudie .her poor family and loved ones😢,not haveing even a grave to go visit 😔,l think Trudie's family be very happy with the hard work you's have done trying to investigate and find some leads 🙏🙏🙏💔
Is it possible that Steve made up the fact that he saw Trudie getting into a vehicle? It's usually the closest person in a disappearance........ that's what the crime shows say......
Does anyone know if they changed the name from Barrenjoey road to this because I can't watch it anymore can only find this and it has 3 episodes as well
4.56 minutes in.. DO YOU WISH YOU'D HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET FURTHER !??????????? WHATTTTTTT A STUPID QUESTION.. NOT TO MENTION HER NEXT QUESTION....... THAT'S ME OUT !!!!!!!! A SCHOOLGIRL WASTING THE TIME OF REAL DETECTIVES......... EMBARRASSING WOULDN'T BEGIN TO COVER IT......
I think Steve killed her, left her somewhere hidden, went to her home for an alibi and the 2 hours he says he was searching for her at night, I think he was burying her body.
I feel like a lot of elements in these shows are very unscientific and speculative. Also amateurish in the conjectures, particularly in the impressions of the 'host' that are based on nothing but her own first impressions of people 45+ years after the crime.
My issue with this kind of coverage is if Police with access to more money and technology can’t solve the case, how does 1person or even 10 with no such resources expect to solve the case then. Infact, you end up just quoting the information that Police put out during their investigation. It is as though you’re reading a police transcript to a deaf person and your conclusion is the same as that of the Police.
well it's happened before. Police have strict protocols to follow and they lack resources and many private investigators don't. additionally there are people who won't tell the police anything but they'll talk to someone else.
Whoelse saw her leave at a certain time? Maybe she left earlier...that's only the ex's story. He could have gone to the mum's after to build an aliby. Only HE says he saw her leave at a certain time and then followed her and hitched a ride right after her but whoelse can say what time she left? What if she left earlier after a fight and he followed her outside and something bad happened?
Believe me that's the last thing this investigation needs..2 girls from my town went missing 1979..a police officer let a psychic in on the case..she drew 2 identity kits of 2 males she believed took & killed the girls..since then the public believe those pictures are the real killers..these men never igzistered..so let's let the trained investigators do their job❤
Viewer warning: This is incomplete! The uploader should write clearly in the description that this is only one part of it.
Just look for the next part 🙄
Thanks
Thanks for the warning.I would have been so disappointed.
Have to search for the documentary "Barrenjoey Road"
Let’s be real we won’t get a full story til something comes from this ?

@@KingBritish don't you start 🙄
Steve looks like a great guy.it cannot be easy having to carry the pain of the mother suspecting him .😢
On the videos of detectives at the crime scene handled evidence with no gloves. Wow just wow

I don't think so. There didn't seem to be much time in between Trudie leaving the club and the person who picked Steve up outside the club.
Also. He had a verifiable alibi, eye witnessed alibi.
The rapes and the van she was seen getting into belong to a pair of brothers . Police know who did it but don't have enough evidence to charge them

Does that guy wanna chew on his glasses one more time? 😅

The family didn't want this I find it so disrespectful that you have gone ahead
No you are wrong. The family didn't want to take part. There is a difference.
Not so sure about Steve..🤨
