Also, same high school the main floor WAS the second, we'd walk in from the driveway to the second floor, so our handicapped things like a club would have been on the second (like in the library or the girls' gym or the boys gym or main office, all second floor features) :) We'd have to go downstairs to get to the 1st floor. And I'm now in a wheelchair and agree with all jokes and mocking here, so :)
