Thanks for making Very detailed n honest review on roti press maker machine . I hav recently bought deep deluxe roti press machine but it didn't turned out as perfect as with using belan chakla. I used polythene sheets but now i will try with butter paper as u hav shown. Hope it will work for me. One of the best video on roti press machine i hav watched so far. N also all other recipes u hav made along with in this video are extremely healthy n flavorful. I wud try making them all for sure. Liked ur simplicity n smile at the same time.😊
I have a cast iron but it is so heavy! Suggest for users to buy the light version. Now available in a lot of designs and material check. Nice roti receipes...will try!

Got the press.. have been using it mainly for jowar rotti and thalipet.. it works extremely well and saves a lot of time and effort.. highly recommend.. just that the sheet that comes with it has to be cut to the size of the press
It’s very tough to Pick the roti once pressed esp when we add gluten free flour. Such a nice solution. You always amaze me Sushma .. always feel effortless chores..to even see.

Hi you can easily make 6 to 7 inch size roti. The chapathi will be thick. I mainly use this for making holige or poli and parathas.

In India Metal version of this puri or chapati maker is very common that doesnt require any cling film or baking paper.. Thats a better option i guess
