The court needs to keep both Kevin and Sabrina away from her. I think Wells Fargo needs to be sued, they helped Sabrina defraud the court.
Sabrina is trying to protect Wendy from Kevin he’s the bad one and dangerous one he has money on his mind and his mistress Sharina wants to be her cook they will kill Wendy so that they can get her money.
Why doesn't he put all this energy into finding a job instead of trying to get Wendy's money 🤑.
Don't let the nature of his court filings fool you, Kelvin is doing what has to be done to expose Sabrina's fraud and theft to the court and get Wendy back to her son. He is maneuvering in the only way he can to accomplish getting Sabrina out of Wendy's life. He didn't file against Sabrina when she stopped paying him, he filed after Sabrina asked the court to give her access to their son's trust fund. We don't have to like him to let him cook.

Lil Kev is perfectly capable of caring for Wendy on his own. Before they got the conservatorship, he was taking great care of her. Had her eating a vegan diet, exercising, getting quality medical care, not drinking, and she was visibly happy.

I remember hearing about the case that people were upset that the boy had bought thousands of dollars in Uber Eats. But in my opinion, people were unfairly comparing the activities of a millionaires kid. He needed a little guidance to understand “Mom’s not working anymore. We can’t shop the same way. “
With a little guidance, I’m sure after all of this turmoil he would be perfectly fit to manage his mom perhaps with his aunt or his older cousin as an associate manager these types of situations grow a kid up very quickly.
People also didn't understand that he was using that credit card of Wendy's to take care of Wendy and himself after they froze Wendy's funds while she was still in Florida with LilKev. That was the card Wendy let him use for years and them folks stood in court and acted like he stole it.

The money is already gone, that's why Sabrina is asking the court for access to LilKev's trust fund and suing everybody she can think of. She is suing Lifetime and asking that they pay Wendy's medical expenses for the rest of her life because the money is gone and the alternative would be placing Wendy in a state run facility. This case began with Sabrina going to New Jersey to sue Kelvin to get back the alimony he was paid. He took that opportunity to expose what she has done to Wendy physically and financially. It's actually pretty smart of him to take that angle.

But also that card she let him have was what he was using to support Wendy when they froze all her other accounts before the guardianship was granted. They said that about LilKev to legally discredit the only person they thought might be able to get the guardianship instead of them. It's all nasty work.

It’s a money grab. These guardians, don’t give a damn. My brother can’t care for himself (because of an intellectual/mental illness diagnosis. There is no guardian looking out for him because, he has no money. I am the person, who sets and takes him to appointments. There is no guardian. It’s tragic, what’s happening to Wendy. I pray that God intervenes and Sabrina is held accountable.
It's not just people with money. I work in an environment where others get guardianship because they aren't able to make decisions for themselves. And a lot of families take advantage of them or don't care.

I would give guardianship to Wendy’s son and niece. That way Wendy would be assured of being taken care of and funds in her account. Kelvin St will be sure to rip Wendy off through her son, but with two people, no unauthorized transactions can happen.

People if you are alive healthy and in a sane mind do yourself a HUGE favour - write a detailed will who to transfer your money and guardianship in case of serious illness and have it notirized and official (some countries allow you to file your will with the justice system).
Make the will very detailed about how your lifestyle is, what it took you to get to the money/property you have now and how you would like to be treated and where in case of long term hospitalization. Find someone you trust to be the guardian (not a lawyer!) and make the will super detailed so that there cant be any misunderstandings.
I hope Kevin Jr does get guardianship of his mom, but I hope he's does't get manipulated by Sr.

Family member are not always the best choices for guardianships and conservators. They need to undergo a background investigation and be financially stable. The court must approve.

The reason Kevin Jr had issues with the apartment is because the guardian stopped paying his rent. Also, at the time he was still a student, so he couldn’t have been expected to keep up with high rent, for an apartment that his mother wanted him to have.
