He attempted to turn himself in multiple times in NY but they wouldn't take him. They were supposed to arrest him on Tuesday, but for some reason, they did it on Monday, which is strange to me, just like the video of his arrest in the hotel. Makes me think Diddy is an informant as that has been floating around since the 90s. I can't wait to see what happens in this.
