Can someone please tell me why they have firefighters on the helipad I know it makes more sense just to put out fires but I believe there is much more work going into that specific role can someone help me on that one please. thanks
+MoonGoat Just like an airport they have to provide a helipad fire team, usually volunteers of people who work in the hospital but sometimes full time CAA certified firefighters, They are there in case of an incident (landing a helicopter on top of a building isn't easy) they may also assist with other duties.
