Yokooooo is one of the smoothest character's in all of literature.
Kurama's mother WAS pregnant. Yoko fused body and soul with the unborn Suichi becoming Kurama. He is not the human boy, nor is he the spirit fox, but literally a fusion of the two. So he did not kill the human or possess him, he merged with him. Basically the same idea of DBZ fusions, Goku + Vegeta = Vegitto or Gogeta depending on the method.

@@FanFictionReacts Yeah, it's better that Kurama/Suichi's mother was already pregnant when Yoko took possession. There are way too many bad miracle pregnancies in fiction taking autonomy away from the women possessed...
@@FanFictionReacts yeah shuichi is still there..its what yoko the real name of the demon hates about kurama..hes like a middle man...three men one body...and kurama sides with his human side more often...
I introduced to my wife who is pregnant yu yu hakusho.. and now.. we are planning to name our child with one of the characters..
Why would you force your child to pay 150-438 $ to change their name when they are legally able to? Oh, and a ton of school bullying till they are finally able to change it.

Well, I don't know want to say about which character is an inspiration for which character/type/trait in Naruto but YYH is pretty much the gold standard for shonen anime. Pretty much every modern shonen anime has some kind of inspiration from it. All I can say is that YYH characters are really well written and complex compared to modern shonen. Its like, a single trait out of many of one YYH character's is used as the only or defining trait of a modern shonen anime character.
i mean spirit foxes are in asian culture lure...its like a fable to them..or a fairy tail...its not one person's idea to own...you can use it in different ways...

As we have a good knowledge of DBZ, I was saying there's a difference between Goku/Vegeta getting beat to near death and and get stronger from healing through their Saiyan biological Zen-kai boost. I was saying that Yusuke doesn't have that, he's gotta chunk up through training more.

Yusuke does get his own sort of Zenkai boosts. Rather than it being based on coming back from the brink of death like a Saiyan, Yusuke's spirit grows stronger just by facing serious threats and danger.
It's mentioned a few times by his early opponents and Master "G".
"His spirit has a very unique wavelength; it responds to desperation by getting stronger."
