I ordered the stack yesterday morning, west coast time. When I submitted it, I forgot to click FedEx 2nd day (UPS is absolute trash in my area), I replied to the confirmation asking if it could possibly be changed and bill me the difference. I got a reply in less than 2 minutes and John personally made it happen. It was shipped yesterday afternoon. INCREDIBLE customer service. I'm stoked to hear it when it arrives tomorrow!
Just hit order on the JDS Atom 2 Stack Bundle on their website. Now I have to wait the weekend and 2 days to get the stack in my hands. I was going Schiit Vali/Modi stack as of a few days ago. But reviews like this and the talk about needing a linear amp as ones first amp changed my mind to Atom 2 Stack. Looking forward to finally having a Dac/Amp stack for my Drop HD6xx headphones.
Same experience here with John. He's top notch when it comes to customer service. I don't know any other company (no matter the size) that has the response times and friendliness that JDS Labs does. He's more than willing to answer any single question you have and go out of his way to provide the answers you want.
Many years ago, I was digging into midline headphone dacs and amps. I had questions. Schitt never responded. Never. JDS Labs responded rapidly and sincerely. I bought an O2. Later picked up the DAC. About a year ago, I was lucky enough to get a deal on the Element III. I'll never look back. Delighted to see they're keeping it up with the Atom 2 line. Awesome company.
John is in a league of his own. Regarding Schiit, I usually get a response within two days. However, the last response I got was from Jason Stoddard, which was quite a shock, cause I know he’s busy as hell.

John Seaber's customer service is extraordinary -- it's the best in the industry, hands down. Like you, I once sent JDS an email about my Atom+ stack on a Saturday night and received a direct reply from John (John D. Seaber, Mr. JDS himself) within an hour. Extraordinary products for the money. Phenomenal customer service. I'm a JDS stan and customer for LIFE.
I’ve had a couple of excellent experiences with John. Their products are top notch and well thought out. Not once did he try to up sale a product that was unnecessary for my needs. He gave me his honest feedback and when I received my product, I was impressed I didn’t have to spend a load of cash.

It does! I’ll be doing a review of the e3 soonish! It drives it very well. Clean powerful. I was surprised but it goes to show what a great amp the JDS atom 2 is!
Great news! I'm so in love with my Mojo 2, and the E3 is probably going to be my next headphone in the near future. Better to have more than enough amp-juice (Atom amp 2) and combining it with the just otherworldly exceptional DAC of the Mojo 2. Thanks man! Looking forward to your review!
I haven't used the fiio k11, but I owned the Fiio K7 and it stopped working all of a sudden. I like having a stack for many reasons with a dedicated dac. Thus an atom stack would be my vote, as you can replace the amp or the dac as needed. JDS is just such a top class value and wonderful. I love my atom 2 and use it daily for so many reasons. :)
After, lot of nitpicking and researching, I am finally found 2 IEMs but is confused between them. 7hz Zero2 or ZiiGaat Nuo, which to get and which to avoid?
@@Jaytiss But, have you experienced any fitment issue with Zero2 due to being huge, as many reviews/blogs/reddit claims? I don't have og Zero that's why don't know it's fitment.

It's pretty close inbetween those two. I've heard both. I'd probably go Zero 2, but either could be good depending on how they fit in your ears.

Some people, including me, hear some harshness in the treble in the Nuo. Some people don't, so it might not be a problem for you.
Pretty cool that you can engrave the device. Is it black & white only or can you also do color?
It's just black and white as far as I know. But it is free and just adds a fun touch.
