I would recommend freezing them after baking. I would freeze them on a baking sheet, and then once they are fully frozen you can transfer them to a Ziploc bag to store in the freezer.
All-purpose flour is a type of wheat flour. You can use the standard kind made for baking. If you let me know what country you're in, I can try to find out the equivalent of all-purpose flour in your country.
