This was an incredibly clear and incisive analysis that clarified the role of the Pope and how his Infallibility is to be regarded and has given me much hope and renewed my faith in the absolute truth of the Catholic Church established by Jesus Christ. Thank you so very much for this clarity. I spent decades involved in yoga and eastern mysticism, and then converted to Christianity (Protestantism) a few years ago, and now I am finally learning about the Catholic Church (Praise the Lord for His Church). To hear that "all religions are equal in the eyes of God" (a paraphrase) has been distressing to me, and my concern over this has been a stumbling block for me entering the Church. I needed to hear Bishop Schneider on this topic.

I have only 1 question for Bishop Schneider . Every country has a Cardinal , a collective of Bishops ....the Conference of Bishops and even a Nuncio....what is their function if they do not bother to fix the crisis especially the profanity of the Holy Eucharist ....

A book every faithful Bishop should read is saul alinskys rules for radicals so that they can recognize them at their Bishops conference and shut them down on the spot.
I saw Mahoney and McElroy apply them very effectively against other Bishops and the Church.

The protection of the Holy Spirit, infallibility of the Pope, in cathedra.
Infallibility has only been twice in the Church, the Immaculate conception and the Assumption of the blessed Virgin. It is a charism of the whole church to protect what the Church has always taught. It does not apply to New teachings or the Pope alone, and it is excathedra. Look it up! before misquoting.

As a Catholic I don't see anything wrong with being sorrowful because just as our Blessed Mother was also sorrowful at the foot of the Cross at the sinful state of mankind. Moreover our Blessed Mother is often depicted with her heart pierced.

1. On the absolutism of the Catholic Church and faith: Consider you were born and brought up somewhere in Thailand, China, or any other place outside of the western Greco-Roman world/culture, would you still maintain this absolutism of faith?
2. Bishops are not employees of the Pope. Very well, do you mean that the Pope is primus inter pares with the bishops? Why then do you not publicly admit the position of the Orthodox Churches? Why then the continued separation over authority?
Orthodox disagree about the nature of the Trinity procession & some points Marian Dogma, the Immaculate Conception iirc.
Your Grace....I see not the act of the natural nature of human beings who worship idols and pagan God's.. and man made religions like Islam....but the work of the Devil to steer the ignorant away from the One True God and His Roman Catholic Church.. .

Is our time better spent as a St. Francis, being an instrument of God's peace, transforming by our living of the Gospel hate to love and so on, or should we be spreading inferences of bad will and encouraging rebelliousness against those identified as being of ill will? We actually do not know what is going on behind the stage. It is possible that a cabal of revolutionaries are inside the Vatican and mis informing Pope Francis (infiltration). That he is doing a balancing act to protect the Seat of Peter is also a possibility. They can always eliminate him if he does a wrong move… he’d been sick and it is worrying because we don’t know who really calls the shots in the Vatican.

I’ve never seen anyone not officially outside the SSPX as ideologically committed to the refusal to properly understand what the Second Vatican taught on Religious freedom. Even though the Church has explained and corrected his erroneous understandings for 60 years, this man simply rejects those corrections and only accepts a faulty understanding, which is of course what the SSPX has always done. Which make sense cause his basically mirroring the SSPX’s faulty understanding in every possible way except officially and is a huge fan of them. Going so far as to say they aren’t in Schism, which is not correct and not something the Holy See has ever reversed it’s stance on since excommunicating it’s leadership for schism under canon law.
