320g Chocolate (I use half milk half dark)
130g Unsalted Butter
3 Tbsp Golden Syrup
90g Digestive Biscuits
100g Marshmallows
2 -90g bag Mini Eggs
140g (12) Mini Cream Eggs
To decorate:
Ix2 Normal Cream eggs
100-150g White chocolate

I've created this recipe and ingredients myself but there are many Easter themed/Christmas themed rocky roads out there. It's such an easy and delicious dessert loads of people have tried it! :) xx
