» WHERE IS NEPHI FROM?
I am native to Bacolod City in the Philippines but in the recent years I have been moving and living a lot in different countries like Singapore, Japan and the US due to the nature of my work. I was in the US when I started this channel but I am currently in Indonesia thus the confusion to some where I am truly based.
» MUSICAL BACKGROUND
Former band vocalist of Akita performing at K-Pub in Ayala Cebu, Philippines (2019-2020)
Former band vocalist of Big Three Band performing in Yokohama 7, Yokohama, Japan (2014-2016).
Former member of the Filipino Voice Symphony (2010-2011) where I was taught by professional chorale singers (e.g. former soprano from UP Madrigal Singers). Our singing group bagged the "Gold Medal" in the International A cappella Championships held in Singapore in 2011.
Former university choir and singing trainer at Technological University of the Philippines Visayas.
» WHAT IS THE GREATER GOAL?
My mission is to promote music among different regions and try to make people from different countries relate to each other through music and singing. I have always believed that even small gestures in understanding similarities and differences towards others actually lead to greater awareness about countries and their people.
In this modern world full of things that divide humanity, it is but perfect to put efforts in re-uniting and building bridges among all of us.
what i can see here, Idayu was a highly intelligent singer which is she is not overshadowed the Jacklyn performance even though we know she can do more, and a lot without we're asking. Good job both of you!!

She did well but the song choice wasn't strong enough to rank her high.. if she sang Cinta featuring Aina Abdul at that night, I'm sure her rank will be much much higher.. but it's okay, at least she survived for the next week..

Bukan high note sje.... segala teknik akn dinilai... lagu ni perlu breathing control dan support yg padu. Lagu tokti mmg bukan belting. Tp perlu dinamik, breathing dan runs yg tepat.
