Chloe Perfume Collection Review! All 12 of my Chloe Fragrances!! Love Story, Nomade & more!

- I have been a fan of Chloe fragrances for many years and have collected many of them throughout the years. I currently have 12 Chloe perfumes! Today I'm reviewing all of them and at the end of the video ranking them. My collection spans vintage to the newest releases.
2017 Absolu- Top note is Damask Rose; middle notes are Grasse Rose and Patchouli; base note is Vanilla.
2008 EDP- Top notes are Peony, Litchi and Freesia; middle notes are Rose, Lily-of-the-Valley and Magnolia; base notes are Virginia Cedar and Amber.
1975 Parfums Chloe- Top notes are Aldehydes, Peach, Honeysuckle, Hiacynth, Lilac, Ylang-Ylang, Orange Blossom, Coconut and Bergamot; middle notes are Tuberose, Narcissus, Carnation, Jasmine, Rose and Orris Root; base notes are Oakmoss, Amber, Sandalwood, Benzoin, Musk and Cedar.
2016 Fleur- Top notes are Verbena, Bergamot and Grapefruit; middle notes are Rose, Cherry Blossom, Black Currant and Peach; base notes are Rice, White Musk and Cedar.
2019 L’eau (EDT)- Top notes are Rose, Grapefruit and Litchi; middle notes are Damask Rose and Magnolia; base notes are Oakmoss, Cedar, Musk and Amber.
2013 Roses- Top notes are Litchi, Bergamot, Tarragon and Lemon; middle notes are Damask Rose, Magnolia, Cedar, Apple, Black Currant and Peach; base notes are White Musk, Amber and Woody Notes.
2020 Rose & Tangerine (EDT)- Top notes are Tangerine and Black Currant; middle note is Rose; base notes are Cedar and White Amber.
2010 Love- Top notes are Pink Pepper and African Orange flower; middle notes are iris, Lilac, Hyacinth, Heliotrope and Wisteria; base notes are Powdery Notes, Rice and Musk.
2014 Love Story- Top notes are Neroli, Pear, Bergamot, Grapefruit and Lemon; middle notes are Orange Blossom, Stephanotis, Rose, Peach and Black Currant; base notes are Musk, Cedar, Cashmirwood and Patchouli.
2017 Love Story Eau Sensuelle- Top notes are Orange Blossom, Yuzu, Lemon and Pear; middle notes are Heliotrope and Passion Flower; base notes are Musk, Sandalwood, Amber and Cedar.

When you paired Nomade with the Olsen Twins I said "Yessss!!! It suits them PERFECTLY"

Thanks for your review. I love the Chloe line, especially the original edp from 2008. I use disposable jewelry wipes to keep them looking like new. They work great!

I had my first Chloe today and it was nomade edp. I absolutely love it so much.
I'm so glad you love it! I wish it worked on me, but I think it's the oakmoss that doesn't sit right on my skin.
Chloe, Love does smell vintage to me too. It's very hard to find but it deserves to exist. I am sure some people are looking for it.

I also love Fleur. The beginning is a little too sharp but the drydown is great. I like the fact that it's much more refreshing than the original Chloe, especially since I live in a tropical climate. Roses is also beautiful but personally it doesn't suit me. I almost considered blind buying L'eau because it gets so many good reviews, but thank you for warning me:) I also considered getting Rose Tangerine but I guess I'll stick to Fleur atm.
There are a few citrus scents that are very sharp on me that others seem to love. I did like Rose Tangerine more, but I don't think it's quite as good as the first flankers. Thank you so much for watching! 😍
Nomade smells cleaner and fresher in Winter, yes it is dirty but in warm weather and a bit masculine too.
That's interesting! I tend to not like masculine leaning scents, so I think that's a major reason I'm not crazy about it.
thank you for the video! my very first chloe scent was roses de chloe and i wore it so often that my friends would say as soon as they smelled roses, they knew i had arrived haha. i then purchased chloe EDT (can't remember if it was a mistake or on purpose) and i like it, but not as much as roses de chloe. i think the EDT is less rose-heavy, a little more fresh/citrus-y? i'll return to roses de chloe because that one's my favorite from the chloe line :)
I really love Roses de Chloe, it's one of my favorite rose scents. I still want to try the EDT at some point though, lol. Thank you so much for watching! 😍

Also, Costco sells fragrances on their website! They have a 4.2 fl. oz. of Chloe EDP for 89.99 right now.
I was really pleasantly surprised. I got it just after L'eau so I was super nervous and wish I had gotten a larger bottle.
Yes! I occasionally check their site, I've gotten quite a few deals there.
Interesting! I can see the tangerine giving a cleaner scent to some.
I have yet to explore the Chloe house... and they have a million fragrances ☺️ i only tried Chloe edp and the Nomade line, the 3, which i think are beautiful by the way..
They do have a lot of fragrances! Compared to other companies it's not that many, but they're more confusing since the have so many flankers and not a lot of pillars.
I have minis of some of these and they are beautiful. Love the sweeter ones :)
I usually like the sweeter ones too, but for some reason I've been in a scent funk this month, lol.

Do you have any recommendations of what I could layer Love Chloe with? I love the soft powderiness but at the same time I usually go for sweet florals and this is so far off from that that I hardly ever reach for it. I wonder if it would go well with any lightly sweet rose or would it become overpowered? Or orange blossom? Idk
I've been thinking about this for weeks! I am not one that really layers fragrances, so I'm probably the worst person to ask 😂. I would think a light orange blossom might work.... I wish I had a better answer, but layering scares me a bit!
Ive never actually tried any chloe scents I dont think so this was super helpful to find one id like, I think its if they are too floral I don't like them so much xx
I think most of these are pretty floral, but none of them are straight floral scents. I don't like it when florals assaults' your nose, lol.
I love Chloe. They are your inoffensive office scents you can wear everyday. To me they smell clean, classy, nice, and gentle. My boyfriend loves smelling them.
I believe they tarnish to give that old antique real silver look of fact it’s for the aesthetic of a to look like it’s authentic because people usually have to polish there’s over to keep looking shiny
That's such a good point! Maybe I'll feel a bit less annoyed at it now 😂
Nice video. Do you have any recommendations for fresh cut watery rose perfumes? Ones that aren't sweet, jammy, powdery... but more natural, crisp, energizing. I believe you were saying Roses de Chloe was like this. Are there others you know of?
I'm not sure if you've ever tried it, but the rose body care line from Jurlique (as well as the rose line from Dr. Hauschka) has this gorgeous rose note that is what I refer to as a wild organic kind of rose: spicy, citrusy, fresh and crisp. Like the highest quality rose essence you would smell in a spa. I'm basically trying to find a rose perfume just like that.
Also, I really admire how well-organized your video is. Especially the time stamps, it is so so so helpful and appreciated as a viewer.
Thank you so much! I really appreciate that feedback. I try to add chapters, but I don't have a chance to add them to all of my videos, I try to make sure longer videos have them though.
I need to think about that question. Most of my collection is in another state at my parent's house because my teaching contracts fluctuate. Without going to smell them Kate Spade In Full Bloom comes to mind, it has strong rose presence, a bit more green with some citrus I believe. I also have Dolce Rosa Excelsa come to mind, but I can't remember how the rose compares to Rose de Chloe. Two others that might be promising (again I don't have them right with me) are Solinotes Rose and Jo Malone Red Roses cologne.

I think you would like it since you like Nomade, it's good, but not really my speed.
Wich one do you recommend for daily use? A fresh beautiful scent, do you think the Chloe Eau de Parfum is a good choice?
Hmm, I wouldn't classify any of them as a fresh scent, they are too heavy in florals to me to be considered fresh. I think the Love Story would be the freshest scent and I'd reach for it as a every day scent.
You can try Chloe l'eau edt 2019 version. It's beautiful
I think the bottle susceptibility to tarnishing is intentional. It makes the bottle look antique.

How long does EDP last before it gets rancid? I thought after a couple of years you needed to toss them.
If you store perfumes properly they will last longer. Usually the smell will change when it is no longer good. I store my bottles in a cool, dark, dry place. I have some fragrances that are close to 10 years old and they are still good. I also have some vintage perfumes that have been discontinued for a long time that still smell lovely. I know a lot of serious collectors will buy vintage fragrances that were reformulated even though those perfumes are more than a decade or more old.
I'm sad about Love, Chloe being discontinued. I love it.
I heard about a trick where you can spray cotton balls and put them in a sandwich bag over a night or two and when you open it up you can smell powdery notes more prominently if you become anosmic to them. Love, Chloe is beautifully soft and powdery, unless you become anosmic to the powder, then it becomes more dry and kind-of astringent.
I also loved See by Chloe. That one was really fresh and nice. It was also discontinued 😐
That's really interesting about the cotton balls! I wish I had gotten some of the See line, but I might try to pick one up on eBay someday. I need to stop buying perfumes though, lol.
Lol, nope! I've made my limit $100 for almost everything and I will not pay more than original retail 😁
I love Chloe! I have all the Chloè signature flankers and keep repurchasing! I am, however, so sad that my absolute favourite Chloè Innocence has long since been discontinued. I have even written to them and Coty to inquire, but I keep being forwarded again and again and no one can give me a straight answer on whether or not they plan to make this again. Best perfume I have ever worn. I really want the Chloé Love too but sadly also discontinued :(
That's so sad that they've discontinued so many fragrances. I would say that you might find Innocence on eBay, but I've noticed prices have really increased this past year. Fingers crossed that they decide to bring back some old favorites!
I’d definitely check apps where people resell! It will be pricey but still worth it if you love it :)

I would say I haven't reached for these lately as they are more floral in nature and I have been gravitating to fruity and gourmands scents more. ☺️
I have Chloe l'eau, not the one that you have, the one with the flgreen ribbon. I love it but I can see how Chloe fragrances can get overlooked. My guess is that they've changed the silver plate to something else in your latest perfume, but I'd be interested to see. I am not a fan of nomade intense or whatever it is called, it smelt like body lotion and pine needles on me. Not tried the original nomade.
I'd love to find an original L'eau someday. I was so excited to find the original Rose not long ago, so I know that it can happen. I think that is the best description of the Nomade line, it has a pine needley scent to it for sure!

Chloe Love is so hard to buy now.
Yes, there seems to be cycles to purchasing. I got most of these at a steep discount and now some are really hard to find.
I use Chloe even though its mostly for female. I agree with you I don’t like Chloe L Eau as well its super light and I don’t like the citrus note. I ended up buying Chloe Nomade EDT instead.
I want to try Chloe Nomade EDT. The others have too strong of an oakmoss note for me. It just doesn't set well. How do you like it?
Chloe nomade edt is really good! I didn’t really like the edp.. on my skin it smelled like peach tea!
But edt is a different story.. it’s very silky and light.. almost like a perfumed lotion kind of smell! There’s still some fruitiness thanks to the litchi note but I prefer it over the edp for sure! Longevity is weaker but I guess that’s to be expected for an edt
I used to wear citrus fragrances and enjoy them, but recently they make me feel nauseous.
It's so interesting how our tastes and chemistry change. I hope you've found something that you enjoy that doesn't make you feel ill.
