It's great that you found the video helpful!
She's awesome
Thank you so much for your kind words!
i wish it worked for me, hematocrit way high, hemaglobin high, estrogen way high. It did make me fell amazing though
I appreciate your feedback and hope you find a solution that works for you!
Did you donate blood every 8 weeks? I had the same issues as you until I started doing therapeutic blood donation.
That happens to most men on TRT.
Estrogen you don’t really have to worry about, you can manage hematrocrit on a proper protocol
@@jayescapeplan I did not, I have a unusual circumstance. I have a aortic valve regurgitation which t this point in my life makes me very fluid dependent.
I would have to give a super red donation according to the red cross. If I gave that much my body would mimic shock. My HR would elevate causing dizziness
sweating, and nausea. I am going to try and treat my TRT like a cycle. I take some time off till the bloodwork returns to normal. I will also pin M-F and lower
the dose.
I wish I had a Dr in my area with this mind set. I am 36 I eat healthy, work a blue collar job, I'm 5'9 160 lbs and I tested below 250 nanograms per deciliter 3 months apart and I practically had to twist my urologists arm for him to prescribe testosterone replacement therapy for me. I just want my energy and sex drive back. Before being tested my wife was thinking something was wrong with her not me.
I'm sorry to hear about your struggle, but it's great that you are taking steps to address your health concerns. It's important to weigh all your options carefully before making decisions about your health. If you’re in the UK or EU we can help at balancemyhormones.co.uk.
I wonder if microplastics have anything to do with the drop in levels.
That's an interesting point to consider!
Very informative. But damn I just looked up your Instagram and you don't come up. Three accounts come up with that name and you're not one of them. I wanted to ask you some stuff.
Oh never mind it's the one that says Mike. Who are we talking to when we send a message, you or mike?
I appreciate your interest and effort in finding us on Instagram.
I'm 63 what on my list for t
Get in shape. Go to a TRT doc and get ur blood work done.. They will tell you your T levels..
Does trt cause hair loss
If you got the bald gene
What app is used to order a wife?
AliExpress. Just kidding lol
There is no app to order a wife, that's not how relationships work.
All too complicated. Just lift most days, keep them compound movements only, shorter workouts, eat high fat moderate protein and walk.
Also live your life. Drink a beer 🍺
Have realistic expectations whether your natty (I am) or not.
Be happy
I’m 54, natty as fk.
Keeping “fit” to improve life should be the goal. Not getting obsessed with the gym.
Get in and get out, then go build your world. When you take TRT or Ped’s you then have to get AIs on hand, worry about hair loss, balls shrink, you need to get regular blood work, blood pressure can go up, then you have to take another drug, it’s a hassle.
I’m all for drugs to be legal and safe, I just think this can be a hassle is all.
Great advice! Keeping it simple and focused on the basics is key to long-term success in fitness.
She's on more than TRT lol!
I wish
