@@adharma_slayer I would say the battery is a little bit flat, the starter has to crank that huge W16 so it takes alot of power. The brake lights flicker as power is being drawn.

Sounds like it's got some high lift cams on it but the amount of smoke on it didn't look great. Could be a lot of things that's causing it to idle that way.
