New to the Lite-fighter range from JayJays come the Lima 33 Zip Top Utility Pouches.
New technologies and working practices, using state of the art computer systems and CAD software, used in conjunction with the latest RF laser cutting machines - mean we can now manufacture with the latest materials. For you, the end user, this means an increase in strength and abrasion resistance, whilst seeing a significant decrease in weight and bulk.
The Lima 33 material we use is hydrophobic; the amount of water it can absorb is negligible; therefore, it can’t get heavier.
Testing shows a 40% increase in abrasion resistance versus normal Cordura and yet the 24 Zip Top Utility Pouch weighs only 100 grams.
The Molle on the rear of the pouch is laser cut from 1 single piece of laminate material. This ensures that it is insanely strong and much lighter than other Molle methods.
