Spooky Scary Skeletons is a 1996 Halloween song by Andrew Gold. It is the most well known of the songs from Gold's album Halloween Howls.
Thanks to the numerous TH-cam videos and various remixes, the song has became increasingly popular with the band Red Hot Chili Peppers even doing a version of it at a live Halloween performance. Forbes listed "Spooky Scary Skeletons" fourth in their top 20 list of Halloween songs.
"Spooky Scary Skeletons" is now considered an anthem of the spooky internet subculture

Honestly wish there was a socially acceptable reason to listen to this so much more often. Seriously one of my top 5 songs of all time, and one I never get tired of, unlike the others. Much better than whatever else gets played at the mall and whatever, even if it's been 3 freaking years.
Not to mention all of your other content, of course, which is likewise amazing, but this one's just a 10/10 on the bop-factor, the only important thing in life, though all of your songs in general hit quite well aswell, probably my favourite artist of- ever, I think.

For a man who loves the rhythm of skeleton, this is personally one of the best remixes for the scary skeletons, I have listened to a lot and this one is awesome, kept the style of the song but added elements of electro swing, it’s perfect, I only like two remixes of this song, from the ones I listened to, this remix now makes three, continue the amazing work, and stay spooky💀

I love this remix so much and listen to it throughout the year, its honestly so good to bump especially now that its October. The other night I watched the Corpse Bride for the first time and was honestly so delighted to see some of the skeletons in this video during a song in the movie (skeleton playing the saxa-bone, for example). Honestly kinda made me enjoy both this and the movie even more (its a pretty good Halloween movie and the fact that it stop motion is honestly so cool).
