Wow! I'm about to buy a Race Tech 5.4 (222-237lbs). You being 215lbs, 5.4 doesn't feel too stiff? I'm also lowering my bike internally (to keep the geometry and engineering that went into the suspension) and I've been told the Race Tech length at 245 is better than the stock 240 for lowering. Not sure why. Morgan from Highland and Jeff from Slavens Racing have helped me a ton...also Kris Keefer!!!
I'm about 6ft, 210-22]pounds fully geared. Running stock suspension with a 5.0 spring and 10.5- 10.8bar. Fast C class Vet. Sag at 106 with free sag at 35.
@@341Fatta Sorry, new to suspension settings (have same bike as Jonathan).....what do you mean by not using whole travel? Sag and free sag seem like pretty stock numbers from what I've learned. I'm guessing it's the stiffer spring you're referring to?
I have a 5.4 on the rear of my 22 MC 450. I'm 6' and 215 lbs. I run 10.9 bar of pressure in the front. Love the set up. Even works well in the woods.
Did you revalve the front and rear? If so, who did the suspension work?
@@motorbros No, I just went with the stiffer spring.
That works too

No issues on jumps?
@Motor Bros. Does great on jumps not using the whole travel and yet feels plusher than previous KTMs
Nice!

@Brutus 632 I mean the suspension is not bottoming out even though I set the compression a tad to the softer side for a more plush feel.
what was ur clicks on high speed, low speed and rebound
They are set to the middle recommended settings per the manual
GREAT vid! Been away for a couple weeks! Thanks so much for this video!!! I'm 230 with gear so I assume I'm gonna be a 5.2 or 5.4?
That sounds about right. Double check with a suspension expert. They will dial it right to your riding ability.
@@motorbros Thanks! Keep the great vids coming!
