Did you hear this direct from the shop doing the work? If they bake the finish you can coat them immediately usually. But it’s best to talk to the shop on what their process is and what they recommend.
You have to take the word of the shop that did the work. I don’t think you need to wait so long to coat but take the word of the shop that did the work.
Dilute TRX 4:1 and then use the same brushes and method we did here. Carbon Ceramics don’t need iron remover so we just take that out of the process. Thanks for watching.
2 products is a lot of products? One is an iron remover because the wheels were in bad shape and need to be decontaminated. Our TRX product could be used on wheel as well but we wanted to get some of the embedded iron out of the finish of the wheel which is why we used 2 products in this situation.

@ that’s what the shop said however it doesn’t seem to be what detail shops believe so I don’t know who to believe

Are mineral spirits and alcohol having the same effect ?
Mineral spirits works a bit better. But if you have alcohol on hand go ahead and use it.
