At this price point with neighbors really and the reason I'm saying this is cause I'm from New York wher houses sell at this price point cause there's no choice in the 5 boroughs but in Texas!!!!
@@andrethompson21 Hi Andre, there are options where for the same money you won’t see your neighbors lol, however this home is located in one of the most coveted areas in all of DFW. Although you would have neighbors the proximity of which you would be living would be invaluable.
powder room off the patio needs something other than that all glass door right infront of the toilet. other than that and the price/tiny lot - the finishes are beautiful.

@@thefingerofgod69 The floor pattern. If you build a home in Texas you can get a 12 x 12 brown tile real quick. The goal was to highlight the floor tile. The glass can be frosted or add a blind easy fix.

This house is litterally 350k. In my area. The Same House. I dont care how far I have to drive to work. A Twenty Minute drive is not worth 4 millions dollars. You are out of your damn mind if you think that!
