That screened-in porch is EVERYTHING! It really adds to the square footage, the way I look at it. I’m definitely buying an acreage property because of the privacy and beauty.
Wonderful home!! The color contrast between the white kitchen cabinets to that of the chocolate cabinets/island; and again with the cabinets in butler’s pantry vs the lower cabinets - excellent!! Brushed nickel fixtures - YES!! Exposed beams in LR and Primary BdR is a plus. Glass enclosed patio and access from there to outdoor area and to the full utility room - too grand!! The enclosed backyard patio is crazy! The mosquitos must be PISSED. I also love the vault door in the men's closet. Perfect for keeping our Lego collections safe!

It’s weird that there is no 1/2 bath for guests. You’re guests would have to go through a bedroom to use the restroom. That’s just weird! Other than that it’s beautiful!
I agree. This is a nice home but seems like builders don’t think of basic things when making floor plans. They added two linen closets in the primary bathroom, but where do you hang the towel once you are out of the shower? Plus, there is no where to hang or fold clothes in the laundry room. Not all clothes need to be put in the dryer.
This model home is north of Houston in Willis Texas. This builder builds on lots in the Greater Houston area, Greater Austin area, San Antonio and the surrounding cities. Let us know if you need anything!

There too many bloody bathrooms in these new builds! We don't need to waste all the space in every bedroom for a bathroom. It's just driving up the costs and maintenance for the property as well.
