- Welcome to Coldborough Farm - set in Herefordshire, England. In this Farming Simulator 2015 let's play I aim to farm the entire map in the beautiful rolling countryside of Herefordshire.

Started watching your FS19 series when the game came available for PS Plus.Now Idon't want it to end so going back to see where it all started. Great job Daggerwin. Loving it and learning lots.

Daggerwin, I thank you because I hope to major in Agriculture in college and this really helps :D
Great video, when feeding sheep all they need is a hay bale or grass from the forage wagon, this will get them to 100% productivity. When you fed them you gave them a mixed ration with straw this isn't needed, so you will save a straw bale by just using a hay bale however when feeding cows yes they will need straw, just telling you so you save a straw bale when feeding sheep.

Something else to consider with feeding using bales is Upsidedowns bale feed script.
You can get it from Fs-Uk
It simulates feeding one bale at a time.
You take your bale to the trigger and it is done.
Feeding them a biscuit at a time.

That trailer holds 22 if stacked right...
put your bales flat side down on the trailer to avoid them moving - easier to stack more on to the trailer too - you should get two rows on that trailer and two or three high

in the cow shed you have to muck them out
The feeding trough for the cows is just in that building you walked through with the bedding on the right. Drive the tractor through the opening and you will get a notification to unload. You also unload bedding there.
The bale counter mod wasn't really needed as there is a bale count within the "I" menu on the stats page along with time, work done etc. A mod suggestion would be "glance" fs-uk.com/mods/view/35659 very helpful with hired workers/courseplay/animals to keep track of many things.

The cow feeder i think is it the thing under the fence to the cows... (sorry for bad english)

You know, I've been watching these vids for about a week now LOVING them. I seem to like watching people play rather than playing but that's because it's weird that you can't hire more than one worker. At first it'd make sense that you're the farmer starting out but for me it seems like it'd make sense to be able to hire some farmhands later in the game when you can afford it to work on crops/fields/etc that you don't have time to or don't really want to work on yourself.
Is there a mod for that? Once I eventually buy the game, I think it'd be better to go online for multiplayer in this sense because you have a bunch of people working on the same farm but in single player, I am hesitant to actually buy the game because of this. I don't want to have to sink hundreds and hundreds of hours into just running a combine or whatever. I want to be able to pick a job I want to do and let the farmhands handle the rest so I can actually keep a profit while doing the jobs I want to do.

Animals don't eat straw it for they bedding
Not straw as it is but it is used in the mixed ration.
I spend my spare time weekend school holidays ect helping on a farm and I never heard of anyone using it for mixed rations.
chris reed it's pretty common practice to use straw in mixed rations. You must help on a very small farm
