Habits and rewards. We reward ourselves by taking that cigarette break, then when we quit smoking, people often quite taking the break too. Take the break, walk outside, and take a breath of fresh air. You’ll feel better. Make walking outside and taking a breath of fresh air your reward.
As for the gym, if you’re finding it hard to go, just put your shoes on. What are going to do? Take them back off? At that point, you might as well go.

I just got out of the military from serving overseas due to a TBI. I have nocturnal epilepsy which basically is a sleep disorder & when I got out I was depressed & didn’t want to accept it. I’m getting treatment from the VA now and your videos always motivate me bc the tough love is just like in the military. Civilians are way too soft but the transitioning is better bc my health has been improving. Thanks for the motivation Wes! Keep the videos coming

I started watching your videos to help me better understand what's the real deal inside. Yet, in the end, I also learn so much about myself in what you say. I've never been in jail, but,I am a recovering heroin and crack cocaine addict, over 13 years clean. And,every single one of those days...I do that workout. Its like,i can't imagine NOT doing my routine.
