I dont want to get into my life story. That said the last 3 years I was putting that shit up my nose, drinking to much, all that. I started lifting a year ago. And I'm 3 months clean off that shit. I do 30 minutes of cardio in the morning, go to work where I do drywall, then I go lift. It has changed my life. I listen to you. Joe Rogan, Jordan Peterson, and I truly love you guys. I was an army SNIPER and fought in iraq 07-08 during the surge of Baghdad 09-10 i was in Sadar city iraq..11-12 was involved in heavy gunfights with the Taliban in Afghanistan..13-14 went right back this time to paktika province, afghan and thats when i was injured. Now i have visible and mental injuries..T.B.I/ severe PTSD/ MDD. Took shrapnel to my left side of my body but i am still alive. Thats why i love hearing Wes spit his knowledge because its all great information and us Vets here at the Houston VA campfire around a phone and watch this man do his thing. Thanks brother.
