Hi, is there any Instruction that shows how the controler cable is pulled to the central Console? I already Removed the central console but still dont now how where to fit the Cable through..
the standard multimedia seems to have the led strip when disassembling, it only seems or actually has the led?

Is the original chime retained? Asking b/c i lost the chime in my truck when i installed an aftermarket radio, and I love the mini cooper chime.
We can confirm that the OEM MINI Cooper chime is replaced when installing this unit.
What SIM card does it use? Is it the Mini, Micro, or Nano?

I have this and have an issue making and receiving phone calls. I can answer and call with me hearing the other person but they can't hear me. Any advice on how to resolve?

Would you have any idea why the radio does not show the screen settings (ambient lights) on the android radio?
Due to limitations in the hardware, this feature cannot be accessed.
Does this come with music Bluetooth? At the moment my F56 2016 SD only has AUX/USB and Call-Only Bluetooth - Would this allow a media bluetooth connection to my android phone?
Yes, this unit will allow a standard Bluetooth media connection.
If my F56 does not have a factory iDrive control knob, will this still work? Do I need to purchase a new center trim console to fit the aftermarket idrive knob? Any additional wiring?

The installation of an iDrive controller is not necessary, since the device is designed to be used via touch screen. However, if you have the coin slot cutout already installed in your centre console trim, then you can install an iDrive controller.
If your system requires the NBT headunit, we provide an iDrive controller with all of the necessary wiring to install this.

HI,there just trying to help my friend to upgrade her stereo due to parking Sensor. Just checked with mini dealer for the car if they can upgrade stereo but they said the car it is not compatible.So i need to conform that the stereo is fits with no problem and can it be fitted with parking sensor ?...

Does anyone know if this radio has support for the MOST fiber optic cable 6WB to do the digital cluster upgrade?
No, this display upgrade doesn’t support the MOST connector.

Our new video function guide can answer some of these questions:
• The video linked above shows how smooth the transitions are for this headunit.
• Steering wheel spoke controls such as volume up and down, are compatible with the headunit.
• The microphone provided to use with this display, is the only microphone that the display will recognise.
• The headunit retains all access to original MINI settings, these can be accessed in the “Car Settings” application.

Any issues whatsoever with the replacement of the orange boost radio with Harmon Kardon 12 speaker system?
Since this product is not compatible with Harman Kardon, you may experience no audio from any source, due to a difference in the connections.

Do you have any social media page where I can share some pictures. What I did is, I tried to replace mini 2016 display with mini 2018 one. Everything is connected, just that little black wire done there has 6 pins in the new one and the there is a slot for connecting the display to the car but my car doesn’t has any options.
Unfortunately, we cannot assist with swapping OEM headunits.

Yes, we can confirm that this works with iPhone 12 mini.
Will this work with HARMON KARDON?
Unfortunately this product is not compatible with Harmon Kardon.
You forgot to remove the stock unit springs and apply them on the android one
Does it come with those tools to help the install process?? I got mine delivered to Los Angeles today! So excited to install it! I hope I don’t run into any issues!
We're glad to hear that your display has arrived. The tools are not included at the time of writing this message. However, we are working to find a tool set for this to help with the installation. The main tools required are a T20 Torx Screwdriver and a trim removal tool, which can be found at most hardware stores or online.
Did you have the same radio(non-navigation) as pictured in this video? Did you install your unit and get everything working?
@@trzeciakwojtek hey, yes same unit and it worked perfectly. The only downside that I have noticed is with the time. It always resets to China time zone. It only corrects once it’s connected to your CarPlay. Other than it’s awesome in my opinion. Also brings a screen protector already installed which is a good detail

So you are 100% satisfied? You recommend i buy this? The china thing is fine, i have the same thing in my truck.
@@trzeciakwojtek not sure what phone you have(android/iPhone), but I have an iPhone and it works flawlessly. So If the clock thing doesn’t bother you, then yes I would recommend it 👍

No, this is an aftermarket, android based headunit.
