From a fellow SC boy... I have watch all of your reloading videos I could find. I truly thank you Mr. Rush. I greatly appreciate all your videos. You have helped me in my reloading and understanding the principles behind the art. Please keep the videos coming. God bless you .
I just hit the "like" button anytime you release a video, even if I dont have the time to watch it. Always go information and enjoyable videos. Thank You for your efforts
If you take those same chokes you were using and open them up by a few thousandths, you might just be surprised by the results. With the shot size you are shooting, sometimes those pellets can get too crowded down at the business end of the barrel and by opening up the choke minutely, they can exit the pipe just a little less disturbed, resulting in a tighter pattern. I know it sounds crazy, but it works.
Thank you for all the work you put in your videos. They are a bunch of help. You and Ms. Rachel do a great job and are very informative. I tell all my friends about your videos.
Great vid wade thanks for the reminder I just remembered I grabbed up some of that nickle plated f buck and some nickle plated 4 buck that's my go to duplex varmint load loaded in a remington nitro 3in magnum hull with a clay buster wad and a healthy loading of long shot or bludot man ohhh man glad you posted this bc I really need to get me a few boxes loaded up for spring summer coyote shotty hunting keep up the great work to you and the crew 👊👊👊😎😎😎
My neighbor is a reloader,he takes a 3" 12 ga case and uses 177 Cal gamo pellets packs the shell full of them,at first I thought it was crazy but these loads are insanely devastating out to 60 yards he uses wax to stick them together in colums then fills in the gaps with buffer it destroys coyotes and bobcats
I have tried loading standard bbs copper head and quick silver and found them to be way yo light but waxed into a "slug " configuration it might be a tad better but naked bbs wouldn t work for me bc they are half the weight of the same size in lead shot but thanks for a wax info
I need to recheck Tony! Public land coincides with whatever game is in season at the time. If deer season is in, you can shoot the Yotes with just about anything! If it's small game season then you have to shoot whatever is legal for the small game.
Awesome Video Brother Wade, And I Got That Package You Suggested But Haven't Been Able To Explore It Any Down On My Property Due I Lost A Brother Of Mine In A Motorcycle Accident But As Soon As I Am Able I'll Give You A Shout In A Email On How Everything Went. Thanks A Again Brother God Bless And Keep The Video's Coming
Hey wade just want 2 say keep up the good work n can I ask you a question in all the test you do what do you think is the best 12 gauge wad that you know of that compares to the federal flight control wads ?? any suggestions
Hey Jonathon! I have a TruGlo Triton on mine. it's the same as the TruGlo Gobble stopper Red-dot sight, only the triton has 3 different colored dots; Blue, Green & Red. I love it! It's been a good 1 for me. Wade
Other than the last F-Buck load, this demonstrates to me that to my eye 60 yards is simply too far for dog-dropping reliability with this sort of load, in this shotgun/set-up. If it surrounds the dog with a pellet or two touching the dog, it isn't a good pattern IMO. Would like to see 40, and 50 yard patterns to compare.

This was pretty interesting.. I don't really hunt so i don;t much of anything you were talking about.. lol...
I thought in SC you could only use #2 shot (.150) or smaller on public land?

Probably the best response I've read to date thats answering another comment.
Completely agree with you also
I would say that last shot is your 870 load. That would have been a dead yote.
