if you want more happy tappet .. set it 0.10mm for intake and 0.20mm for exhaust .. this what I set up my truck on .. and run good . no tappet noise ..

But if engine hot and wait 20 minute than starter turning slow and longger start . And when engine hot shut down and start again olso nice and quick start. Battery is 12,4 wolt shows .
@@smoothoperator7306 hi there . see if you can remove glow plugs and check it on battery they should burn red quickly . if not burning when you test with battery is faulty. Remove the radiator cap and fill with water with engine not running. Do not close the radiator cap Than start engine make sure water not shooting out the radiator. This check for blow head gasket. If blow head gasket water will be push out of radiator .

why wl engine alway break the cam shaft?
What type of oil did you use when you rebuild the engine it the first time that cause you to get this problem with the head?
5w30 best for 1000 kms and change to 10w30

Wlt have 8 X Intake valve. 4 X Exhaust Valves.
Why them weak ass engine does crack so often . ?
this type engine always crack head specialy the desiel engine
