Then I will throw a catch 22. Those "police CONSTABLES" are guilty of HARASSMENT which is as you well know is defined as ANY ACTION THAT CAUSES ANOTHER PERSON ALARM AND/OR DISTRESS. so that's 1 count of for unnecessary use of a firearm in a public area without good reason. And willfully executing 2 animals in full public view with OFFENSIVE WEAPONS. This is a clear example as to why the police shouldn't have access to firearms at all!

The armed police are not dog experts. It was heart breaking to see those dogs being shot repeatedly while their owner was tasered.
A relative of mine had a resued lurcher - a huge beautiful dog but it mauled sheep - twice. After the first incident the sheep were injured but not badly and the farmer took no further action.
After the second where 9 sheep were killed it went to court and the dog was destroyed. The whole episode could have been avoised if my stupid relative had not encouraged the dog to chase and kill rabbits on the Downs and had followed my advice to muzzle it. It was sad because the dog was loved and was great around the house and with people.

Those officers need as merciless of treatment as they gave to those poor dogs who were nowhere near out of control in the slightest. And all these people using the word pitbull to try and dismiss it off the bat, pitbulls an umbrella term containing loads of different but similar "bully" breeds and crossbeeds between or including 1 or more of thise breeds. Technically a staffordshire bull terrier is a pitbull.. its nonsense but people use it to devalue the life of a harmless animal and justify killing it "but they harm more people" no shit a group of dogs statistics combining 5 or more breeds when compared to the statistics of one singular breed on its own is of course going to look more.. lol those german shepherds like the police use, are statistically far more dangerous, have a much stronger jaw/bite and bite more people when you compare fairly, as in one breed vs one other breed instead of lumping a load of breeds into one then comparing them to one other breed. But every buys the "pitbulls" "bred for fighting and killing" "actively hunt and maul children" bullshit narrative entirely uneducated police and journalists like to push.

Shouldn't be kicking a dog and even if it's to be put down it needs to be done humanely unless it's life of death, which is hard to justify as the police were wearing stab/ballistic equipment, so how much danger were the police in? . If it wasn't justified would that also make it illegal use of a firearm or other similar offences .

My main concern is that the police used firearms at very short range and what would the situation have been if they had missed and shot the dog owner.
In addition did the police also consider the safety of other people in the surrounding houses who could have been hit by ricochet etc
The main problem as I see it is that armed police seem to quickly move to using their firearms as a matter of standard and when they pull out their gun then they are trained to go for the kill shot
We have seen this happen so many times

    • @SnakePliskin762

Welcome to the great injustice system that we have in this absolute wasteland. How can such great countries get to this point.. without people lining the streets out for blood.
If they did ANYTHING at all to house homeless men that man and his canines wouldnt have ever been in that position, but only women, children, and illegal immigrants get housing here, single male? You can die in the gutter for all they care, disabled or otherwise matters not.

Luis Suarez bit 3 players, all of which were caught on camera and all he faced was a 17 game ban for all 3 "incidents", a dog acts in an "aggressive manner" and the police can put it down. How is that fair? Why is the animal destroyed when it isn't their fault? If you raise an animal (especially a doggo) right, they won't be aggressive. That's not to say that the owner didn't raise them right in this instance, it's more the issue of the police shooting animals. They are armed. They didn't need to use lethal force to subdue the dogs; no matter how aggressive they seemed to be. But just because they aren't human, somehow they are less than us...

So, justifiable grounds for a taser attack is to react to a yob in a uniform shooting your dog!!!!! Under joint enterprise all of these 'officers' are shown to be committing grievous bodily harm to the owner and I think there may be a law about the illegal discharge of a firearm but you would know more than myself. Plus anything else I cannot think of. They should do time for both acts, shooting and tasering.
At the very least they should all be on immediate suspension pending being fired for gross misconduct.
Every week there seems to be something the Met do, perhaps it should be disbanded completely and reassembled in smaller units that can be managed effectively, the Met obviously cannot and are not fit to 'protect' anyone.

The lady tripped on the dogs leads and picked her own dog up in a panic. No “attack” took place and the woman herself has said she would never have wanted the dogs to suffer such repercussions from an “accident”. If you want to talk about justification, how do you have a dog in a dog wardens chosen device designed to stop a dog from attacking he or she who holds it.. And “drop it”.. When the dog is in this device. They can’t attack.. Only when the device is intentionally and purposefully dropped can the dog be deemed out of control and what better way to assess a dog dangerously out of control than through an autopsy? Yeah that’s what I thought. Class traitors finding any excuse to pull out a gun a shoot something. Would be a shame to see the same class traitors tied up and shot too.. Not.. The “coppers” need to be found and named so the true vigilante justice can be delivered in equally painful but hopefully not as quick methods. Absolute scum of the earth.

You need to see the video leading up to this and the explanations/accusations surrounding it, from what I had seen the dogs were never a danger to others in the 1st video, and their reactions in the shooting were caused by the threat and overbearing of the officers vs the fear of an allegedly homeless man being threatened with having his family taken away from him, dogs were reacting to the threat posed by attackers and even then they were reserved compared to out of control animals,.... and believe me I been physically in the middle of many dog fights, with dogs as big and bigger... had only 1 officer approached and been reasonable and reassuring with the owner two dogs would of still been alive.

We don't know the situation of the dogs biting someone.... This was a homeless person, who may have been being threatened or put in danger, or the human may have harmed or threatened the dogs first..... Just because they are canine does not mean they should be banned from use of reasonable force to prevent harm to self or others. That's not a dangerous dog, that's a dog protecting their human, their dog friend, or themselves from animal abuse......
.......... We just don't know enough.
Also wtf is wrong with coppers using a mild dose of pepper spray to stop the dogs. Or using sonic devices to keep the dogs back. The decision to kill the dogs is not one for the police to make unless these dogs were an immediate threat to others, outside of protecting their human or themselves.
...... Did the police see a terrier or bull breed and jump to conclusions? If anyone approaches a dog or their human in a threatening manner, as the police may have done, the dogs would be in fight-flight-freeze-fawn, taking queues from their human.
....... Also two dogs playing looks vicious, but it's just play. Even guide dogs off their harnesses will play ferociously. This doesn't mean they're dangerous.
There are always ways around this without resorting to killing the dog unless it's literally about to go for an artery.
If humans can make friends with foxes to the point where foxes behave like domestic dogs with us, with as much affection and mutualism and trust in the relationship, then it would always be possible to find non lethal ways of handling dogs.... What about tranquillisers?!
Those dogs were family to that homeless person, and they were living being with complex emotions, complex language, hopes, dreams, desires, love, happiness....
Stop now before I start ranting.

The first clue is they wanted to be policemen (psycho's)
The second clue is they wanted to join the ARMED police branch (psycho's)
The third clue is they wanted to 'take revenge' on the homeless man for causing them trouble, hence the tazer being used on him (Psycho's)
The fourth clue is they thought it was ok to just "off" the two dogs, as either revenge or just not wanting to bother with two dogs and make arrangements for them to be looked after.
    (psycho's)
The fifth clue is going to be zero punishment for the two dog killers, who will be put back on duty and told they did a good job (for psycho's) They might even get medals for defending themselves and preventing possible tail wagging wounds.
These psycho's are the people they give power too, so as to control us. Who can then pretty much do as they like no matter what the law says, and when they get 'hurty feelings', they can shoot first and just walk away from any repercussions. Safe in the knowledge that they are protected by the establishment.
Who are just as much psycho's as these two dog murderers. They broke their own guidelines on handline dogs, they need to be punished accordingly. i.e. off the job.

If a dog has already attacked someone had the police not done what they did and the dogs went on to attack someone else the police would be criticised for not taking action.
The fact that the owner had no control over the dogs means the police had to act fast, I would say they did the right thing and the owner should be prosecuted.
I would say the police were kustified in their action, in this instance, if the owner was able to control the dogs then the owner should have, the fact the the digs were not under control is a clear indication of the dogs being dangerously out of control.

      NEVER trust the police.
NEVER talk to the police if possible.
ALWAYS film encounters with police with yourself or other people.

@@matthewdon9565 But maybe that was the report the police were working from, the owner of the dogs should have immediately put the dogs under control, and by the sound if things the owner dud not do that.
If anyone needs to take the blame for the death of these dogs it's the owner for failing in his/her duty of care.
The police did the right thing in those instance without a doubt.
We can't have dangerous dogs on the loose out of control and the owners need to take responsibility for the actions of their dogs.
I doubt the police would take action like this lightly, it's tragic and the owner needs to be orosecuted.
I fully support what the police did in this situation and as I said I'm sure they would not have killed the dogs unless they thought there was a real threat to either themselves or others 100% back their actions, and it needs to serve as a warning to other people who train dogs as weapons or neglect to keep a control over the animals they keep.

    • @matthewdon9565
      @matthewdon9565 ปีที่แล้ว +1

@@flitsies so what if they were told that? The dogs were on leads where the police were perusing them with guns drawn, it was only in the commotion that one dog got free and was shot, in that moment that shot was justified, however the lead up to that was completely unjustified, the police presents caused the situation. Have you watched the unedited videos!? Unfortunately I have, and the second clearly scared dog that never showed a single sign of aggression despite extremely provocative behaviour was shot as it was fleeing, several times, and that was after being released from a catch pole and while dragging the dead dog behind it. There is nothing in what is publicly available to suggest the owner was not in control until the police escalated the situation.
