Wow that is a pretty strong review! Surprised with the price tag...compare that to the street price of a Sterling Petrucci JP150 and it is way beyond that.
Yeah the pickups and overall configuration is pretty killer, my only issues (with this particular instrument) was with the finish issues I mentioned. It’s testament on how far import guitars have come! Thanks for watching!
I went by the specs on Fishman's website on these, and each pickup calls out for a 9 volt or a battery supply, which is probably why I mentioned it that way, thanks for commenting on this. I didn't try running them without a battery to see if they'd work with out one, or with a dead battery. Active systems are certainly unique, and every manufacturer seems to march to the beat of their own drummer, so how they power it. Thanks for watching!

If you find this instrument for less than $1000. I would recommend it. Pickups are amazing 🎶🎶🤙

Good review but they're not active, they're passive with a decibal boost.

Any good retailer should offer a discount for the faulty finish. For a guitar of this price, this shouldn't happen.
Yeah I agree, my big concern though was sending out a review model in that condition..
